The company’s communication needs improvement. I haven’t received any updates about the pending work for several days. I was told a crew would be sent to install the gutters, which is a necessary step to continue the remaining work, but they never showed up and haven’t responded to my messages.

Excellent quality work. Crew was respectful & cleaned area every day before leaving. Upon start found quite a bit of dry rot & gave a very reasonable quote to replace. Would highly recommend.

I'm a contractor and have used Dependable Roofing for 4 projects now including my own home. Fair pricing. Their crews are clean and efficient. The supervision- critical in the roofing trade- is excellent. They don't gouge you for extras like rotten underlayment. Never a problem. The folks in the office are fantastic- Christopher- you are the man!

José and project foreman Gabriel were simply outstanding at every step of the process for our danville California home. José was helpful and guided us to make sure that we did things like select the correct roof color, replace facia boards that had dry rot and the like that needed to be done and Gabriel was able to ensure the job was done beautifully and when questions came up he was more than very helpful to decide how best to proceed. At every step of the process Dependable Roof went above and beyond! It was great that they cleaned up after every day… They were here five days! This is the go to company for a new roof, gutter work, facia board replacement, roof ridge line venting and a positive can-do attitude… They want to make the customer happy! They succeeded!

Has a boneyard of tiles so I could match the nearly 35 year old tiles on my house! Also the price seems pretty great!

Dependable Roofing put my roof up before the huge storm hit. They weren't out to take extra money like some companies that quoted me. They were up front and honest. I highly recommend Dependable Roofing.

We've used Dependable for a handful of emergency repairs over the last 10 years, most notable was a couple of trees falling on the house that required a fair amount of gutter replacement and a couple of roof punctures. Most recently, Nov …
