  Kevin came out to inspect my roof on 4-24-25 it’s 5-1-25 & he never sent the estimate. I told him I wanted to get started immediately and there were crickets. It was a waste of my time that I didn’t have. I was trying to get everything squared away before I left the country today but that’s not happening. Don’t waste your time if you are in a hurry

  A month ago I requested this company to come out and do an appraisal. The representatives came out , did the the roof appraisal and never got back with me. I called Total Roof Solution and requested the appraisal and was told by the rep. "My manager is out of the office and once he return I will get it out to you" needless to say, that made no sense to me. That was a month ago and I am still waiting. LOL! DO BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!!!

  I was referred to Josh at this company as a friend and contact when my daughters ceiling had a leak. I immediately called and was directed to work with Ray. My neighbors had experienced a turn key operation with other roofers in which the roofer handled everything and I am left still begging for pictures of my own roof to fight denial from the insurance adjuster. This is because Ray didn’t show up when I gave him a 2 week headway which he accepted to meet the adjuster at the house, as is common. He simply said ‘I can’t make it’ when I reconfirmed the day of. Then he said he would take pictures to help show the adjuster what he missed on a Monday. By Thursday I called to ask if he could send what he found, which he agreed to do that day. Nothing. Friday I asked if he could text me when sent. No answer. Monday I called Josh and he said he’d ‘talk to Ray’. Tuesday rolls around... I get a text from Ray he’s finally sending them. NOTHING. I tried hard to use them... this company must have plenty of business that they don’t need mine. Easy peasy when my roof is 18 years old.

  I needed my chimney enclosure rebuilt......I gave Total Roof Solutions a call to see if it was something they could do.....I talked to Josh and he said they would be happy to come out and give me and estimate.....the next day Dakota came by and gave me a very fair price to take care of the rebuild.......within a week I had a new chimney enclosure......Hosea was great.....and did a very professional job.......I've already told several of my friends about this company.......Thanks.

  We have used Total Roof Solutions on several different occasions, and they’ve been great every time. The owner is amazing, easy to work with and very knowledgeable. The crew is very professional as well. It is always an easy process working with this company, they get the job done in a timely manner and clean up when they are done.   I worked with Dakota to have my roof replaced in November, where the work was done quickly, at a fair price, and exceeded my expectations. Fast forward, to a home inspection 3 months later and a question came up, and Dakota had his crew out within 12 hours to examine and document , what turned out to be a non-issue, with photos and an explanation. Once again, the Total Roof team exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend Dakota and his team for any roof work.

  Dakota Kelly came out and gave me an estimate and gave me a fair price and scheduled my roof job. They did an excellent job they came the day they were scheduled to come did the job in less than a day and cleaned up everything afterwards they Use Owens Corning shingles Which has excellent colors to pick from I love my new roof and they have a great warranty.They did an excellent job. I give them five ⭐️ stars, anytime I had any questions. Dakota always called me back or text me back and answer them right away. I would highly recommend them for your roof solutions they are also recommended by Trust Dale

  Two Thumbs **WAY UP!!** I can not praise Total Roof Solutions (TRS) enough for the OUTSTANDING job they did for us. We had two dormers that needed their exteriors completely replaced. Kevin came out and gave us a quote. We found him confident, thorough and honest. They completed the work on schedule and then stayed in touch (after the fact) to ensure everything was done to our satisfaction. There were no hidden fees and no surprises. I would like to add that we chose TRS because we liked them best for a **variety of reasons**. We took 3 bids on this job. One business wanted to replace the whole roof!! Another business wanted to charge 3 times the amount!! But Total Roof Solutions did not give us any nonsense. Rather, they simply delivered honesty, quality work, and stood behind their service. Tell them that Elvis recommended them!

  The rep that came to my home did a great job explaining the whole process. He also had plenty of samples on hand so we could see exactly what we were getting. The roofers arrived on time and they did and excellent job. Left my home trash free thanks again.
