I made a terrible decision in hiring roofing stinson to replace my roof. The owner Kijuan, was unprofessional and disrespectful. First of all they did not adequately cover the areas around the yard and ended up damaging my air condition unit. The roof transition from the main part of the house to my sunroom was terribly done. A number of months after the roof was replaced, it started leaking in my laundry room and bathroom. I called Kijuan who reluctantly came and was not enthused to rectify the leak. To make matters worst, while going into the attic to do his investigation he damaged the entrance to the attic. They found a huge leak around one of the vents and admitted that they did not use the right material around it. They ended up charging me to fix the leak in my laundry room. In addition he kept promising that he would send someone to fix the damaged attic but never did. I have dealt with a number of contractors but roofing stinson was the worst. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy.

I would like to thank Roofing Stinson and their crew for the wonderful, excellence, dedicated, and high-quality service that their done in making sure my roof was replaced. During the whole process, there were very professional shown integrity, concern, and most of all compassion. As their motto stated, “We put our heart into what we do” my observation and experience were just that. This was showed throughout the whole process from start to finish. They made my family felt relaxed and said let do the work for you. Roofing Stinson did live up to their expectation and all our needs were met. They deal with all the insurance claim that was one big relief and stress that we did not have to deal with, they handle the process in full resulting in prefect success. The best decision I made was to use the service of Roofing Stinson. I was very please with the service received and will highly recommend roofing Stinson to anyone looking to have a roof replacement. Great job installing roof due to wind damage. My garage door was replaced as well and the company was punctual in regards to this work. However, the company offers other services and communication went south once the company received payment for the roof and was unavailable for future work as we discussed at the end of the roof installation. Company stopped returning calls and messages. Company made additional promises to customer and did not honor them. But the main issue was that I wanted to use their services for other home repairs and the company completely disappeared. Good job with roofing though.
