  Tops Roofing shingled my new house couple years ago. Some shingles blew off and they fixed within a reasonable time frame the following year. Now this year the exact same areas that were repaired blew off again. Paul, the owner or at least the guy in charge, told me he would get it taken care of but has failed to do so even though a new house across the street from me just got shingled by this company and could have easily done mine at the same time. It has been almost six months of trying to get the same shingles as last year repaired. Paul doesn't answer his phone when I call. He doesn't return calls. Rarely responds to texts. Very poor communication and customer service. I had even offered to pay to have redone this year. I have only good things to say about his workers. They are very hard working, fast, and do good work. Recently after multiple texts from me , Paul finally responded by telling me to go find someone else. NOT HAPPY with this company and will never refer or use this company again.

  Tops gave great quote, explained roof venting options, and shingle colors on houses to see. It was very nice to see the colors on a roof. Paul took the time to answer all questions. Installation time period was given, no promises, weather plays a roll. Work scheduled with prior notice, everything talked about, installing roof venting ridge cap, metal flashing along roof transition area, sewer grommets, and shingles completed to perfection. Cleanup was great, nothing found below roof. Nice when roof is finished in one day. I would definitely recommend Tops Roofing for your roof project.

  Great job by this company. During removal of the old shingles I asked to cover the pool and they took care of it right away. They were fast and efficient. Did a thorough job cleaning up all of the trash.

  Great experience. Paul is was extremely professional and easy to work with. They worked fast, efficient, and cleaned up extremely well. No nails or debris were left behind. 10/10 recommend.

  We had top roofing shingle our house. They did a great job with quality products at a fair price. On time and it was cleaner when they left then when they got there. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Paul was great to deal with.
