Called Rolle Home Improvement for an easy job said he couldn’t do it that day which was fully understandable said he’d be over next day that was 3 days ago and haven’t heard back from him.

Connie try reaching back out. It’s holiday season and everyone is very busy. Leaving a one star review for a job I didn’t even do seems a little overboard don’t ya think?

Not satisfied to say the least. Have had nothing but problems since the roof was finished

What issues have you encountered specifically? I did your roof 3 years ago and you’ve not contacted me one time to express any issues what so ever. Just curious why you waited 3 years to say something. I think most people would address the issue and give a business the chance to fix the issues. I’m available at any point to talk about your concerns. I’ve also texted you today and am awaiting a response. Communication is key here.

The estimate was fast and accurate, The crew was very friendly and hard working and they did an amazing job of cleaning up at the end of the project. Overall we had a very good experience and I highly recommend Rolle's. Plus it's great to support a local business.

They are super great to work with. There exactly when they say they will be there. Knock out a tear off and re-roof and cleaned up the yard in 7 hours! Couldn't be happier with the quality of work and the efficiency they do!
