  It was a great experience from start to finish. I first called for an emergency roof patch, and Earl handled the problem fast and kept me updated the whole time. He patiently answered all of my questions and explained the roofing work in a simple, clear way. The estimate for a full roof replacement was very fair, so I chose that instead of only doing a repair. The repair pricing was reasonable too. The whole roofing crew was professional, respectful, and easy to work with throughout the project. Communication was clear at every step, from the inspection and estimate to the final installation. Roof leaks, repairs, and replacement can feel stressful, especially with the hot San Jose weather, but the process was smooth and easy. The workmanship was excellent, the new roof looks great, and the property was left clean when the job was done. I’m very happy with the results and would highly recommend this roofing service.

  We had our roof, gutters, and downspouts replaced, and the whole roofing experience was excellent. We compared a few roofing bids, and this team stood out right away with much better communication, clear pricing, and real professionalism. Jamie took time to sit down with us, walk through the full roofing process, show us shingle samples, explain ventilation and material options, and answer every question in a simple way. There was never any sales pressure, just honest help and good follow-up at the right times. Nolan was also great to work with and kept us updated before, during, and after the roof install. When the schedule had to shift because of weather, he stayed in close contact and explained what to expect next, which made the whole project feel easy and well managed. He was very helpful anytime we had questions. The roofing crew worked like a very organized team. They were efficient, skilled, and paid close attention to the details on the roof, gutters, and downspouts. The workmanship looked clean, and they did a thorough cleanup of the yard when the job was finished.   Working with Topguard Roofing was a great experience from start to finish. Earl and his family were easy to work with, and he showed up right on time for the estimate. He clearly walked me through the full plan for the new roof and gutter installation, explained the roofing materials, and answered questions in simple terms. I have spent most of my life in construction, so I understand quality workmanship when I see it. I compared a few roofing quotes, and this one stood out as the best value. The crew started the roof and gutter job exactly when promised and finished on schedule, which made the whole process smooth and stress free. During the project, Earl took plenty of progress photos and reviewed them with me several times each day. That gave me a lot of confidence in the work and showed real care, communication, and attention to detail. If you need a new roof in San Jose, I recommend getting a few estimates, but save this one for last. You will likely save money, get solid roofing work, and deal with honest, friendly people.

  After i bought my home, I found out the roof had been put on a few years earlier, but it kept leaking even after several repair attempts by the original installer. I asked around and learned that TopGuard Roofing had a strong reputation for roof repair and leak detection. nolan came out, got up on the roof, found the real issue, and gave me a fair estimate. A couple of weeks later, the crew arrived and found bad flashing, rotted decking, and poor workmanship from the earlier roof install. They repaired everything the right way and explained what needed to be done so the roof would hold up better through heat, sun, and rain. After several storms, i checked carefully and found no leaks at all. Even months later, the roof was still performing great. Very happy with the service, pricing, and workmanship. earl and the crew did excellent roofing work, and I would highly recommend them for any roof repair or replacement job.
