Very disappointing 👎👎👎👎 experience with TopSpot Roofing. After the siding work, they stopped responding completely. I reached out for weeks about a leaking downspout and water getting into the basement — no reply. They even left their scaffolding ladder at my house, and it’s still sitting here after almost a month with no follow-up. Extremely unreliable based on my experience.

Fast response. Super kind. Took care of everything from picking up broken piece for matching, to securing new fascia, bending and installation. Great communication. Highly recommend.
