Top Shield Roofing and Chimney

The only one or two-star review we hold for Top Shield Roofing and Chimney.

Called several roofers and this is the only one told me they cannot schedule me because they have 200 phone calls and they don't do flat roof. My impression is that they don't care your business at all as they are tooooo busy. Also don't bother to call if you have a flat roof.

Hi Joshua, thank you for your feedback. We sincerely apologize for how your call was handled. Due to the large number of spam and scam calls we receive daily, there was a misunderstanding during the conversation and we mistakenly believed the call was not legitimate. In hindsight, we should have handled the situation with better communication and professionalism, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention.

Would definitely recommend. Came out in a timely manner. Gave very fair estimate. Followed up for a quick repair. Day of repair was done clean and quick. Gave one year warranty on repair.

When I look to hire a company, I observe if the technician is really listening to my concerns. This shows me how much they care about their potential client and the work they do. To me, Top Shield proved their worth. Their work is meticulous, they pay attention to details, and they included parts other companies never mentioned that should be included in a roofing system. The owner saw a concern and made a repair that I didn't notice. They showed up on time, and they care about their appearance. Top Shield treated me with the utmost respect and care. Thank you Top Shield for a top knotch job! Well done!

Top Quality and service! Special thanks to Donny for being very helpful with all the questions I had. He performed a full roof replacement within a few days of retaining him. He was very thorough on explaining what needed to be done. To anyone replacing their roof, I highly recommend to replace plywood wherever it’s needed. Mine was rotten and needed to be replaced asap! Thank you Donny! Highly recommend!!
