  Guy harassed me

  Reply from the business

Sorry sir but no one here harassed you. I have one number and one number only. 2148607250. Unless you can claim that Adam Schaub harassed you then you have the wrong company. Please delete your review as it is not correct

Company wont stop spamming me despite asking to be removed from call list. Also "scheduled" and appointment without consent. Do not use this company.

Maam you did not get a call from my company. We do not solicit over the phone and never have. We are being spoofed by some call setting company we never hired. Please consider deleting this review as it has nothing to do with us calling you. My only number is 2148607250. Feel free to give me a call anytime

Thank you so much sir. Your roof is now the best on your street. It was a real privilege to get both roofs approved even after insurance said “no way”

Top Shelf Roofing did an amazing job installing my new roof. I chose the roof that looks best with my brick house. I'm very pleased they took care of my leaky roof so quickly.

It’s amazing that after 6 years your roof still looks the same. Quality materials for a quality experience. Thank you

Adam is knowledgeable and easy to work with and was extremely helpful with initiating a claim with our homeowners insurance after a hail storm had damaged our roof, and then he successfully submitted a supplemental claim for an issue found during the new roof installation. He proposed a fair price for the work, accommodated our schedule constraints and completed the work and cleanup with minimal impact to us by replacing the roofs on two houses and a 400 square foot shed in one day. I highly recommend Adam and his team for roof replacement that is completed in a timely manner with high quality materials resulting in home protection that looks and works great.

Adam did a fantastic job on my roof. He worked to get my insurance claim paid and did excellent work. He is always polite and very considerate. I would highly recommend him for all your roofing needs.

We’re just glad we were able to help. Even though it was a lengthy process to fight the insurance company, everything turned out great. While many of your neighbors will need roofs soon, you will not because of the class 3 upgrade yall received. Thanks again

Adam was wonderful to work with. He went above and beyond to ensure that our roof was installed to the highest standards. He walked us through the process and was always available when we had any questions. I fully recommend Top Shelf for any roofing needs.

Normally I don't entertain vendors who knock on my front door. But, I listened to Adam, from Pioneer Roofing Solutions, for several reasons: (1) I was investigating whether I needed to replace my roof due to hail or not. Adam was not like the teenagers selling roof replacements earlier in the week. (2) I wanted the specific product that Adam and Pioneer roofing were selling: Certainteed, (3) Adam answered every one of my many questions, clearly demonstrating knowledge and experience of the roofing product, its installation, and especially the process of dealing with the insurance company. And (4) my wife felt good about Adam. I expected my insurance company would have been a big challenge. But, with Adam's direct involvement, especially with their inspector, it went very smooth. Adam was always available via email, text, and phone and would drop by in person often. He quickly answered every one of my many questions throughout the entire roof replacement process. Pioneer's demolition and installation was great. The crew was exceptionally hard working and very courteous. They did a complete installation including new underlayment, new drip edge, and ridge vents -- all to Certainteed's rigorous and certified standards. Our new roof looks great and we have gotten positive comments from our neighbors. I recommend both Adam and Pioneer.
