  After an extremely unpleasant experience with a nightmare roofer who after two failed attempts to resolve water infiltration issues seemed to show complete disregard for additional damages my property incurred from continuing leaks, a friend of mine , who manages buildings , highly recommended I reach out to Top Roof, Commercial and Residential. From the initial phone call, to the free roof inspection for estimate and then the actual work Sonny was extremely responsive , accommodating and professional. He took his time and answered all my questions with a smile, ….and during the last rainfall I did not have any water infiltration! As a building owner, who continuously has to deal with maintenance issues, I am always looking for reliable and honest contractors to establish a long working rapport with.. Top Roof will definitely be the company I will turn to for all my roofing needs.
