This testimonial is submitted on behalf and at the request of one of our previous clients. “Upon our initial meeting together, Ryan was very professional and so knowledgeable about the roofing business. Having been in this roofing industry for more than 20 years, he was always willing to assist me with any concern that was questioned. He also lent his roofing samples to me for selection purposes and never demanded them returned at any time. Matching the new roof replacement colour to the exterior paint to and awning fabric replacement can be tricky, and Ryan gave me good instructions to follow. He answered my questions above my expectations like a pro, and always with a firm handshake and broad smile! My house roof was installed in July of 2025 by a friendly and hard-working crew. I am thrilled with the finished result. In receiving compliments of its workmanship, I respond to any inquiry by quickly recommending Top Pair Roofing. They are the best in this industry and so nice to work with. Thank you for such great products and service. Sincerely, Mary Gibbs”

Greg did a smaller but urgent job patching some shingles for me. I was happy with the work, he also provided photos and a description of his assessment of the roofs health and outlook which was quite accurate.

I am happy to add one more FIVE stars' review to this company. I chose this company based on the google reviews. I called the company and Greg replied me and came over. He gave me a free inspection and quotation, and he fixed my roof within a week to meet my satisfaction. My is a small job which many companies don't care about it. I'll use this company in the future , and highly recommend this company to my friends and anyone who has roof work needs.

This company is very professional. They came on time, finished the work in less than two days and left the yard tidy. I am very happy with the work done and would recommend them to anyone

Gregory helped us diagnose a leak in our roof and did a vent installation. We were very happy with his communication and willingness to go out of his way to help solve our leaky roof issue.

Ours was a very challenging re-roofing job on a home that was originally built in 1893 (excellent balloon construction), renovated starting 1993 and subsequently expanded to triple its size. Greg, Ryan and their excellent team were amazing, …

I just wanted to make a review about this roofing company that did repairs on my roof. Top Pair roofing is a very professional company. How hard-working the crews are to the young men that showed up to do the job. They did the repairs on my …

I had a smallish but tricky roofing job and over two years tried working with at least five roofing contractors. Ryan was willing to take it on and was the first company to follow through and persist in a challenging situation (figuring out how to get materials for a roof ridge when original supplier was out of business). Ryan came up with a creative solution that was an excellent, affordable alternative to the approach that I and the other roofers thought was the only way to do it.

We had a small job that needed doing on our roof. Greg at Top Pair was professional and fair. He provided a quote and did the job when he said he would. We are very satisfied with the work.

They stopped by to do a quote and ended up doing some of the smaller jobs right on the spot! Quality work- attention to detail.

One thing that often makes homeowners nervous is having different projects at work at the same time—in this instance, our roofing was occurring at the same time as a tree felling job on the same property. We pride ourselves on being able to manage and organize these situations, in this case, that meant coordinating drop times and schedules so that we could make the homeowners’ lives easier.Jun 24, 2026Learn more
