Came to my door and were extremely rude. We have a daughter with special needs, which is labeled on the door, and a nervous barking dog. This combination requires us to to not have solicitors at our door. The guy still rang the doorbell. I told him that we already had our roof looked at, then questioned me as if I was lying and even accused me of it. I also mentioned our no solicitors sticker and he denied that he was doing so. If this is how they introduce themselves to the public, I don't know how they are still in business.

I am deeply concerned to hear about your experience, as my fiance and myself have an autistic son. I hold my reps to the highest standards of respect and professionalism. It is completely unacceptable that your household boundaries and signage were ignored, and I sincerely apologize for the frustration of this interaction. I will be addressing this incident directly with my field reps to ensure they understand the importance of respecting door signage and conducting themselves with courtesy. Your feedback is valuable in helping me correct this behavior, and I truly appreciate you bringing this matter to our attention so I can prevent it from happening again. My sincerest apology.
