  The lies started with Clint saying this job was not sourced out! Today I found out that’s just the start of the lies.. They showed up roofed the house had to come back 3 more times with issues due to poor craftsmanship. Brian made a visit explained to santos what needed to be done and how to do it and on the fourth trip to my house santos choose to do it his way and not how the owner said to do it! I now have to pay real roofer to fix the multitude of poor craftsmanship that they as a company could not figure out how to do! I do appreciate the videos my cameras caught while they attempted to do the roof from the worker who peep on my house to the worker in my driveway picking his toes to the worker hammering nails into the grass! I now have two different sized drop edges to vents not over the hole cut in the roof to gutters the unfastened and reinstalled pitched with the downside lower than the downspout side.. I have a new roof vent the crew dented and didn’t fix I have a chimney with flashing that they put over the old flashing. I have poorly it drip edge corner that let more weather in than the stop. I would highly recommend running from this company!

  Garrett, it is extremely disappointing to see this review posted today, weeks after I personally came out to your home to inspect the work, walked around with you, got up on the roof and made sure all items were addressed to your hi satisfaction. This is no coincidence that this review appeared today, after my team requested supplement funds provided to you by your carrier for the ice and water shield installed on your roof. We take pride in our 34 year reputation, and honor our warranties. However, using public reviews to avoid paying contractually owed insurance funds, is not how we conduct business. Once your account balance is settle, we remain open to discuss any legitimate warranty items through the proper channels.

We take our 34 year reputation in this community very seriously. We take our 34 year reputation in this industry, very seriously, and the behavior described here completely contradicts how our company operates. our inspectors are trained to meticulously document and help homeowners navigate through the insurance process. They would never discourage a valid claim. Furthermore doing side work is a strict violation of our company policies. we noticed you mentioned working with Exterior Designs, however our company name is Exterior Design Plus LLC. we suspect you may have the wrong business.   You can judge a Business by how they handle problems! So we called Brain to give us a estimate on Gutter installation at our Rental property. We signed the estimate and Brain said he will add us to the schedule. After not hearing anything for a month and the weather changing we decided to hire a other Company. Yesterday Brain called and said they were at the Home with his crew ready for the install(Tenants said a Pickup Truck was sitting across the street). He texted my wife stating that the Gutters were installed already and he was putting a Lien on the Home, reporting us for no permit, none payment and that we signed a Contract. He really made her upset with the statements he made. I called, talked to Brain for about ten minutes and he was acting the same way with me. I let him know that as a owner it is his job to follow up with customers if he wants their business and I do not owe him anything. You can't just show up to someone Rental property without prior notice to complete a job. I let him know that I have to give the Tenants time to make sure someone is Home and that if working that early can start. This Company may do good work but if your attitude is horrible I'll be glad to pay more money to someone that follows through on the quotes they give and not treat people like they owe you something. I hope he can learn from this experience to make his business better but we will never dail his number again.

  Melvin as a Buisness owner yourself you should know when you give a bid and it's excepted you can't drop everything and push off every other customer that was already waiting to get their job done, just to get your job done. I will apologize for that morning for the texts and phone conversations that took place. I however will not apologize for the work volume that my company has. It was four weeks you had to wait. Not like I put you off for along time. If I had no work on my books I wouldn't be the company you would want to hire. If I don't have work lined up then what does that say about my company and workmanship? Also as a business owner you should know that as a curtesy to someone that you hire, you should inform the company you hired that you couldn't wait and hired someone else and the job is already done. Yes, I was upset that morning because I had loaded up, had material and guys there to do your job. There was a box truck, a van, and a truck there, not just a pickup across the street. Which ended up costing me money and time. I had to reschedule at the last minute. Unload and load up for another job. Yes, I was already going to lien other nonpaying customers properties that day, so it was fresh in my mind. I stated that I was going to lean your property but, I cannot lien a property when work wasn't performed. As a business owner you most likely have all the credentials like insurances and licenses. Company's that don't have these credentials don't pull permits. Pulling permits is the correct way to do Buisness when you're working on someones home. As me not giving a prior notice before I showed up to the job, I did text your wife but after looking back it was the wrong number. So there was an attempt. Also, I was only working on the gutters outside. There was no need to inconvenience your renters. You paid more money for a company that doesn't pull permits. So yes I was upset that morning with me not being informed about the job all ready being done an

  I called to get a estimate and was asked when I was available. I explained that the sooner the better. I was told they would contact me the next day. 4 days later and I am still waiting on the call.

  I"m not sure what number you dialed, but I am the only one who answers the phone for the business and I don't tell people I'll call them back the next day. I've actually been telling customers that we aren't taking on any new work currently. I also went through my records and I haven't spoken to anyone named Bella.

  Tim I bought the building next to mine and you were living there for free for the past two years. I asked you to leave repeatedly, but you wouldn't go. I warned you the I was gutting the building and you continued to stay as we demo the rest of the building around you and below you. I offered to pay you to move and that didn't work. I turned the water and gas on so I can have heat in the.building, which you enjoyed for free. You ran the stove burners and stuck me with a 1200.00 gas bill.You ran space heaters and popped the breakers which I had to come reset in the night time for you. You called the police and said that I shut off the electric. Someone stoled your grille out front and you called the police and blamed my company for stealing it.You finally moved out without notification. You left all you unwanted stuff behind along with a bed bug infested apartment, You left the doors wide open to my building and anyone could have entered. This review has nothing to do with Exterior Design Plus llc. This is my sister company that did accommodate you even though you were a squatter. You had no affiliation with Exterior Design. This review is not on the right company nor is it justified.

  I have had Exterior Design do some siding repairs in the past and was very happy with the results. This time, I purchased an older home and the roof was leaking and the gutters were ancient. So the first company I thought of was EDP. I do believe in due diligence so I did call three other companies. But they all came in at double the price or just wouldn't return a call. Brian was able to provide me the roof replacement, gutter replacement, and gutter guards all at a cost that didn't make me use any expletives. LOL Not quite a five star because the sub that did the gutters knocked some of the soffit loose and I had to fix that. But now, my home not only looks much better, but the gutters are a greater capacity and most importantly, they did an excellent job with the flashing around the chimney. Very professional job and no more leaks!

  We needed a new roof as soon as possible. After calling several companies Exterior Design was the first to say they could come and look over the roof immediately. The inspection was one of the most complete roof inspections. The inspection details were explained clearly as well as pictures that had been taken while up on the roof. The quote for the job was reasonable and the crew showed up a few weeks later. They completed the job in 2 days. They cleaned up and did a great job! I highly recommend them!

  Couldn’t be happier with our new roof! Brian and his crew at Exterior Design Plus did such an awesome job. The roof looks amazing and completely changed the look of our house. Every time I reached out, Brian got back to me super quick and was always so easy to work with. His team was respectful, worked fast, and did a great job cleaning up after and you’d never even know they were here except for the beautiful new roof! I’d recommend them to anyone. Seriously, top-notch service all around!

  I love the way my home is beginning to look thanks to Brian and exterior design team. They replaced my roof which is just the beginning and it's absolutely stunning when the rest of the house gets done the transformation will be phenomenal. Working with Brian and his expertise and know how put you at ease with the entire mess of going through a process like this.   Exterior Design Plus LLC over-exceeded my expectations. I met with the company on a Thursday morning to discuss what I needed done. I received a quote a few hours later that day. The quote was affordable. I signed the contract the same day. They started the job on Saturday. I definitely recommend this company!
