You want to ask them for a quote... Be prepared to answer a series of personal questions, ranging from the age of your building to the company that previously installed your shingles and when. Also, make sure you are the legal owner of your building. Then, you have to WAIT and WAIT. If you call them back, whatever you do, don't mention that you're shopping around. After a three-week wait and several callbacks, I was told they don't take on customers who are shopping around. Very selective, cash-driven company, with an arrogant, vain, and pretentious owner. Customer service is nonexistent.

They gave me a quote in April 2018. They were supposed to come on June 28th. That morning, I realized they weren't home. I called them, and they told me there would be a 2-3 day delay due to the heatwave (without even bothering to call me – …

I checked other roofers prices but I decided to go with Poirer because I witnessed their work on two of my neighbour's roofs and Carl Poirer is kind, he gave me a very fair competitive quote and very kind as he even helped me choose the perfect color of shingles and the job was completed within 2 days, in jet speed, each day his team on time, cleaned up my property perfectly that you would never have known a roof was being replaced. My home looks fabulous! I'm so pleased. Poirer is totally professional in every way, if they did other construction work, I'd hire them for sure. I highly recommend Poirer, 5+ BIG SHINY STARS ******

As Carl mentioned, the roofing crew arrived on time and installed tarpaulins around the building. The work was completed on schedule and harmoniously, which isn't always the case. …

A big WOW! The work was scheduled for a specific day, but it ended up being moved up. I was impressed by Mr. Carl Poirier's presence both days they were at my home. The workers really know what they're doing. Conscientious, professional, and respectful, the final work is impeccable, and my husband and I are thrilled. Initially, I was worried about my landscaping and everything around the house. Everything was moved, protected with tarps, and, once the work was finished, neatly put back in place. When they left my property, everything was cleaned up, as if they had never been there. My estimate was honored to the letter. We are very happy with our experience.

Reliable, punctual, very good communications (always answer calls, are forthcoming with weather delays etc), clean up well after the job is done. They also have very competitive pricing.

They came the day after a storm, despite the cold, to repair the shingles that had fallen off. Very quick and professional. Their prices are very competitive. I highly recommend them. Thank you for your excellent service.

Extremely happy! They were organized in collecting the debris, punctual, the whole team was well-mannered, the radio volume was low, and most importantly, everyone had their job and did it very well. I highly recommend them.

A very professional company. The owner has a high-performing team working with a very high level of professionalism. I highly recommend this company, also for its price versus the quality of its work.

We contacted Toitures Poirier et Fils after a water leak in our roof. They came quickly to repair the leak. We then decided to have the roof redone and entrusted this contractor with the project. They also had to replace the chimney, and this was done at no extra cost. We are very happy with the result. They are professional, courteous, and honest. Thank you to the entire team at Toitures Poirier et Fils.
