  I have used them many times in the past and decided to us them again for the 6th time for roof trusses. In the past they would give me an excuse of saying that the delivery truck broke down and that is why they could not delivery on the date agree. This year I had ordered two sets of trusses. Sent them the plans and my specifications with the correct and exact measurements needed in terms of height and the span. The first order comes and we noticed right away they made the wrong sized trusses as the delivery driver dropped them off. Called up the office and Martin gave me excuses but had no leg to stand on so he said he would replace them. The second corrected trusses come in and yet again there is an error. This time he tells me that he will jsut refund me the trusses he made an error for and be done with it. Did he, of course not, then he kept arguing with us as to why he did it that way. He said the city wants the sheds to built a certain way and didnt advise me that he did something different from the plan. Now he no longer wanted to refund us, and we are stuck with getting them built somewhere else wth added cost and even extra wait time. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

  Denis really messed up big time. Worst manager I've ever seen. I'll never do business with them again. My advice... Run for the hills!

  I bought and installed the windows for a new house in 2009, and here we are in 2022. More than half of the double-glazed units are no longer usable. They're scratched, and depending on the weather and humidity, handprints appear between the two panes of glass. The handles and the gear cover for opening the window leak when it's very cold outside. The only positive point is the patio door, but I didn't buy it. That's why I'm giving it two stars. Because there's hope elsewhere.

  I ordered my truss rods in May for delivery on August 14th. I called the week before and again on the Monday before the 14th to confirm the delivery, and they told me there was no problem, they would be at my place on the 14th. The afternoon of the 14th arrived, and I still hadn't received them, so I called again only to be told they were being made and that I would get them next week. Life with them, they're under construction, there are delays. Rude and arrogant. They couldn't even be bothered to call and say they were experiencing delays. Terrible service.

  Mr. Denis provides absolutely no service. Several weeks of delay, no service, and most importantly, no return calls. He doesn't care about us.

  I used them to replace the windows in my old house. I found the service to be quick and efficient; the installation only took part of the day, and the workers knew what they were doing! Plus, the price was good!

  I did business with Marc-Andre Pomerleau to order my roof trusses, flooring system, and other engineered wood products for my project, and I have nothing but positive things to say. I received excellent service from start to finish. I moved up my delivery dates practically at the last minute, and they made sure to deliver the goods. The prices were very competitive as well. I also did business with Camil Lepine to order my doors and windows, and I have nothing but positive things to say about them too. I had to make two last-minute order changes due to unforeseen circumstances on the job site and last-minute adjustments, and everything was resolved the same day. As a general contractor, I want to tell you that I will never again need to look elsewhere for my joist, roof trusses, door, and window needs.

  Arrogant service, no call back, no explanation for the huge delay, except (that's how it is! that's how it is!). They've had the plans ready to start work for a year now, and still nothing has been done! TERRIBLE SERVICE AND COURTESY! 0+/ I do not recommend them.

  Zero service, no return calls, promises not kept, arrogant, rude, and treats us like idiots. I ordered seven months in advance and received no service; I had to go elsewhere. I would never recommend this establishment to anyone.

  Terrible service! I ordered well in advance and they couldn't even meet their delivery date!!! And they never return my calls!!!
