I would have given less than one star, but unfortunately that's impossible. We had problems for years; they made us miss workdays because they didn't keep appointments and did an unacceptable job on our roof! We had to pay for inspections and for the damage because the roof was still leaking (yes, the new one they installed)! I thought it was all over, but no, my roof is still leaking today! Don't trust them! We also know they report bad Google reviews to maintain a good rating, but I have proof of our correspondence as well as the invoice!

I've had the pleasure of working with this company a few times on income properties, and each time the service has been excellent. It's impressive to see how the company has grown and structured itself so well over the years. The team is present and professional, the work is done well, and the after-sales service is truly outstanding. It's a company you can rely on, both for the work itself and for the support that follows. I highly recommend them.

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 16 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 16, of which 8 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
