This is the second time I've accepted a quote. I'm given an installation date, and no one shows up. No notification of a schedule change, no return call...

I highly recommend them. The work is really well done. They are punctual, respectful, and understanding. Their boss is very attentive and respectful. A fantastic team. They keep their word; they told me they would come before September, and they did. They even arrived on time, which is rare these days. In short, I have nothing negative to say about them.

True professionals. The roof was installed quickly and, importantly, the cleanup afterward was impeccable. Courteous service. Highly recommended.

After 15 years, I needed to replace my roof. I got three quotes and chose the middle one. Even though it was a few hundred dollars more expensive than the cheapest option, I decided to go with Protoiture SP. The reviews were good, and after speaking with the owner, Simon-Pierre (I just revealed the secret to SP), I immediately knew we were a good fit. With the current labor shortage in all sectors, we managed to set a date that worked for everyone. Communication was excellent. Emails and phone calls were clear and concise. No unnecessary details. The team took a day and a half, which means they took their time to deliver a product that meets modern standards, using quality materials. Simon-Pierre explained everything he'd done, confirming that my old roof was the bare minimum, but that I'd be in business now because they'd installed a protective membrane (is that the right word?), used the required number of nails, and the adhesive strips on the shingles would prevent them from blowing away in strong winds. After cleaning the gutters and using a magnetic sweeper to remove any nails that had fallen during installation, I told him I'd make the final payment in a few minutes. He looked at me and said, "Okay, Yanick, I trust you. So, are you happy with our work?" Indeed, I am!
