Husband reached out, and they asked to supply photos, then ghosted us. I guess our job was too small to warrant a further reply.

What a pleasant experience! What a well-oiled machine! No wasted time. Marc, the owner, came to the house and surveyed the roof with the use of a drone. I received a beautiful portfolio detailing the 3 choices of shingles along with their warranties, the installation process, the maximum vents and all the necessary information relating to the company. The prices of the 3 options were extremely reasonable. Marc answered all questions either in person or on the phone, without delay. We scheduled the installation at a very convenient date and were lucky, the weather did cooperate. Dave was the first one on site, early in the morning. He laid out tarps around the house and even covered the pool. This first step sets the stage, to my delight, for a very clean process. The rest of the team got here shortly thereafter. The shingle removal is done in stages. If ever it rains, you won't be caught off-guard. Marc is kept informed of the progress and challenges. The line of communication between "Toitures O Sec" and the client, are well established. Our roof has a good slope and a few peaks and valleys. They were more than halfway through the first day. Before leaving, Dave removed the tarps and cleaned up around the house. You couldn't tell they were here. These guys are professionals, they work well together and you can see that they enjoy what they're doing. On the second day, they moved one of the maxi vents out of the line of view. This was Marc's suggestion and it was a very good idea. I believe Jean was the one who cut the plywood to fill the hole. It was done with extreme precision. They finished the roof that day. What an improvement! Dave was the last one to leave after once again picking up the debris, then folding the tarps, passing a magnetic sweep for the nails, then the broom, dustpan and blower. So thank you Marc, Dave, Jean, Jerry (he's the joker 😄), Dino and Steven! It was a pleasure meeting you guys! Toitures O Sec goes the extra mile. No wonder they are
