  A company that will leave you homeless. After a misleading presentation by the company's hired salesperson, and after repeatedly telling the salesman that this product was beyond my budget, he came back with talk of a commercial contract. In this contract, the company promised to put up a sign in front of my house once the work was completed, and a "show home" program that would earn me $1,000 for every person who came to SEE my house, whether they signed or not. I asked him several times if this program really existed, and if so, whether he would come and show my home to potential clients. After several affirmative answers to my questions, I signed the contract to have the work done, also asking him when the commercial contract would be signed. He replied that the work would be finished. First red flag. The work was done in October 2024, the roof was beautiful, and the materials matched the signed contract. The workers left, and then I heard nothing more from this dear salesman. It's impossible to reach Par, either by phone or text. The rare times I manage to get any news, he avoids me, saying he's sick or something. He finally sends me, by email, a piece of paper outlining the program he promised but hadn't signed. Second red flag. I sign my part, tell him I've signed and am ready to pick it up, and then I hear nothing more from him. I try to contact him several times without success. I eventually call the company only to be told that Par no longer works for them because he's spoken to other people in my situation. I ask what will happen next, and they make it clear that the contract won't be honored but that they're willing to send me a check for $2,000 on a $45,000 bill. I receive the check and since then, nothing. I'm sinking financially; I'm going to have to sell my house to avoid bankruptcy. Meanwhile, my credit score is taking a hit, and this company is carrying on as if nothing's wrong. I can't afford to take them to court, otherwise I would have. I don't k

  I spoke with André and received excellent service from start to finish. My old roof was beyond repair, but when André came to give me an estimate, I was waiting for the bank to approve my financing. When I explained the situation, he agreed to wait for the bank's response. Once I received approval and winter was over, he scheduled me for one of the first roofs of the season. The team that came to do my job was top-notch. The guys know their trade and are really very kind. I have absolutely nothing negative to say and I highly recommend them to everyone.

  I had my roof done by Metalavie and I'm very happy with the work they did. It looks great, and the guys cleaned up everything; the yard was spotless after they left.
