  Extremely disappointed. They said they would replace the rotten wood, but they didn't. They said it would never leak, but two weeks later it's leaking. Water from the roof remains on the roof. The area around the drain is always wet. My new roof is starting to rot. After several complaints, nothing has been done to fix the problem. And in the end, they tell me it's my fault; I wanted it that way. (Zero stars)

Every roof we install is covered by our 10-year workmanship warranty—a warranty that only makes sense if we replace rotten wood and eliminate leaks before they occur, not after.   My next-door neighbor had his roof redone by North American Roofing in early spring 2019, and the crew took over five days to properly cover the top of the shared wall separating my neighbor's house from mine. It rained over the weekend, and water seeped into my house, reaching the ground floor. Fortunately, there was no significant damage, but no one from North American Roofing came to inspect the situation despite my calls. This company isn't very proactive when it makes a mistake and doesn't seem to have a strong sense of responsibility.

  Having used this company's services for over 25 years (Martin Chernofsky et al.), all we can say is: excellent work, reasonable price, prompt, courteous, and impeccable after-sales service. Highly recommended.

  North American Roofing has completed the roof replacement on both of our houses. Everything was done with precision and professionalism.   A roof leak is always stressful. North American Roofing was quick to come and provide an estimate, which seemed very reasonable considering the time that had passed since our last roof repair (2003). The work was completed very quickly, which reassured us about potential damage in case of further rain. We were also very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the materials and workmanship. In addition, all the staff were very friendly.
