  I called this company for a repair. The call was curt and the man on the phone clearly didn't want to talk. He told me he didn't have time and hung up on me.

  One of the worst customer service experiences we've ever had. We called to request a cost estimate, and the person who answered was very impatient. The moment he learned we live on the South Shore, he told us he'd just wasted 10 minutes on the phone.

  Hello, I had my roof redone in late 2014. In the last five years, several shingles have blown off, and when I call the company, they don't honor their after-sales service. I definitely do not recommend this company. A complaint has been filed with the OPC (Office de la protection du consommateur).

  I do not recommend this company. Although they were very nice, the quality of their work was substandard, and their after-sales service is nonexistent. In my case, they forgot to insulate the vents and drains, resulting in two water leaks. On both occasions, I had to send formal notices to get them to take action because more than nine months had passed. *Update May 7, 2015: I had another water leak this winter, and it seems the cause is not related to the roofing work. The after-sales service was significantly better this time. Mathieu came immediately after my first call and provided good follow-up via email. My recent experience with them was very different from my past experience.

Please remember that Toiture Gagné is a company with over fifteen employees who complete between 200 and 250 roofs per year. Despite our constant efforts, unforeseen problems can still occur. Please note that our work is guaranteed for 10 years on labor and 20 years on the product itself for your flat roof. Toiture Gagné is a responsible company with no outstanding legal issues.

  My duplex's flat roof was renovated with a membrane. The work crew was friendly and efficient, and the job was well done. However, I would have appreciated better communication with the project manager.

  We hired Toiture Gagné for our shingle roof and we are extremely satisfied. The price was competitive, the guys were professional and respectful, arrived on time, and cleaned up everything after the job was done. They even left my driveway cleaner than before. I have nothing but praise for this company and its employees.
