I contacted MAB Roofing for a house and a duplex that were experiencing problems simultaneously. In both cases, there was an inspection and a discussion about the best solutions. We decided to repair the asphalt shingle roof and replace the flat roof with a new elastomeric membrane. From the initial contact, communication was easy, quick, and consistent. All appointments and deadlines were met. Everyone at MAB Roofing was friendly, efficient, and very professional. I dealt with two different teams (shingle and elastomeric membrane), and I would like to sincerely thank Mathieu, Steven, Jeff, and Karim, as well as all the workers who worked on the flat roof. I should mention that both properties were thoroughly cleaned up immediately after the work was completed. Thank you to Karine, who handles administration, for always being available and clear in her communications. Finally, I would like to extend a special thank you to the owner, Mike, who, in my opinion, is a model of customer service. He didn't hesitate to come out several times, talking to me and explaining things as many times as necessary. I sensed in him a genuine desire to have a satisfied customer and a commitment to doing a good job. It was a very pleasant experience. The estimates were honored, and there were no surprises on the invoice. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend MAB Roofing, and I will certainly call on them again if I have any problems.

No trace of their presence remained after they left. Luckily, there was a nice roof to remind me that they had been there.
