I had my roof done by Karolfrancis. They started with the front of the house, covering the garage, the house, and the shed. They put a protective film under the shingles at the front of the house, but then they didn't continue and didn't …

Mr. Lévesque, the contract was completed by our company in 2020, six years ago. The work was carried out professionally and according to the signed contract. I invite you to consult the document that was sent to you. You requested to clean up the worksite yourself in exchange for a discount on the quote. This is also stipulated in the contract you signed. It is therefore perfectly normal that you had to pick up debris. Following a letter expressing your dissatisfaction with an employee's behavior, Karol issued you a $2,000 credit in 2020 to ensure your satisfaction. The employee and the team leader were contacted for follow-up, and the employee in question has not been with us since November 2020. We have done everything possible to ensure your satisfaction, but unfortunately, we cannot do more.

We were looking for a team of professionals for a relatively complex roofing project located near the sea. KF Roofing came highly recommended, and we are completely satisfied. The workers took the necessary time to complete the job, and we are confident in their future work!

Extremely satisfied with the roofing installation work done by Karol Francis' team! Even 10 years after the installation, I received after-sales service for a piece of fascia that was flapping in the wind! Don't hesitate to do business with them! True professionals!

Although I don't know the others, as far as I'm concerned, Karol F Enterprises is really excellent. You'd be hard-pressed to find better in town. The people are friendly and polite. The company is very well-equipped. A 10 out of 10 for everything. Signed: Steeve. Thank you!
