  Terrible experience with after-sales service! I requested a minor repair after a job. The boss said it was difficult to fix quickly. I finally asked another roofer who took half an hour to fix it. My confidence has taken a hit after spending over $20,000 on a contract.

  Hello Mr. Martin, we are truly sorry about the situation. We replaced your roof in 2025, and you were completely satisfied. Subsequently, you asked us to cap around your heat pump pipes. We returned in 2026 to complete this work. You were satisfied, but you asked us to come back a few weeks later to make a correction. Unfortunately, we didn't have time to return to your area, which is a 45-minute drive from our offices, before you found someone closer to your home to fix the problem, which, as you said, would only take 30 minutes. We had planned to return when we were in your area in the coming days. We are pleased to hear that your situation has been resolved, but we are disappointed that this mix-up negatively impacted your experience with our team.

  Beware of the extra charges expected for a contractor, not a homeowner. The bill will double. That's what happened to me. He's a scammer.
