A terrible experience. We had a roof problem caused by the wind, and this company dragged things out for over a month. They repeatedly promised they would come "tomorrow," but never kept their word. They no longer answer calls or messages unless you call from another number. As a result, there's a risk of water infiltration due to their negligence. A complete lack of professionalism.

Didn't seem to come to submit the quote, as discussed. Didn't return my call. To say bad service would be an exaggeration, but let's say a lack of professionalism and ethics. …

David and his team did a great job clearing the snow from my roof. Impeccable, fast, and courteous service, with a quick return call, even though it was the holiday season. I'm very happy with the service.

I used the services of this fantastic team, finding them through an internet search. David had mentioned their meticulousness, and that's exactly what I experienced. In the end, my roof was redone with top-quality shingles, and I'm glad I waited (the weather was bad). They are reliable, pleasant, and attentive, and they take care of the flowers and other installations by installing tarps and various protective coverings. I highly recommend them; they are well worth the effort. JF
