Bad experience. We paid in full after the work was done on our roof a few years ago, and he never came back to fix the slope—which he was supposed to have fixed in the first place. We learned not to pay until everything is resolved.

They built a tunnel at my neighbor's house today. I've never seen such a crooked new tunnel, plus they didn't even protect my flowerbed and they crushed the plants.

Poorly done work, always had problems. Unreliable roofer who always changes appointments.

I thought i had a problem with my roof so i called him and he came right away, turns out it was.a plumbing issue and not the roof leaking..... but i was super happy with the service and quick response.

I've been doing business with Christian Arsenault since 2017. My father and brothers also use his services. We're always very satisfied. He's honest and transparent. His prices are also very reasonable. This is the second flat roof I've had done. The first was in 2017, and I haven't had a single leak since. I just had another flat roof done, and it's very well done as well. He took photos to show me the different stages of the work. Kudos to Christian and his team for the excellent work. I recommend him without hesitation.

Excellent service, professional and courteous. They repaired and reinforced my roof and installed welded membrane. A truly professional job! And the best part is, it cost me less than 3 of the 5 companies that came to bid on the roof, and that didn't even include the repairs. I highly recommend them! Ask for a quote and see for yourself! Well done to you and your whole team!

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 10 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 10, of which 9 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on Les Toitures C.Arsenault Inc.. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
