  Hello Mr. Mercier, We are truly sorry to have disappointed you. As mentioned in my email, we were out of the country attending a training course with GAF, as part of our ongoing commitment to improving and providing the best possible service to our clients. Therefore, we did not have constant network access, sometimes for several days at a time. Our intention was not to ignore your request for an estimate. We find it very unfortunate to receive such a low rating, especially since you contacted us on Tuesday and we replied on Thursday.   The roof was redone in 2020 with a 10-year warranty. An inspector found a few minor defects that needed fixing. I tried contacting them several times by phone and email regarding the repairs. No one ever answered the phone or returned my calls when I left a message. No one ever responded to my email inquiries. I suppose their guarantee is that they'll ignore you until you move out.

  I found the quote of $10,000 for a 13ft x 13ft low-slope roof outrageous. If this isn't a job you're interested in, just say so. I got four quotes for this roof and none of them exceeded $4,500.

  Hello Mr. Gravel, We're glad you found contractors at a lower price. For our part, all our employees are paid according to the construction industry decree (CCQ) at all times, which is unfortunately impossible for a price of $4,500. The quality of the materials used also plays a significant role. Whether the roof is small or large, sending a team to do the work also involves unavoidable fixed costs.   I called them regarding an issue with my roof, and they responded very quickly. They were able to schedule an appointment for me the same day, which I really appreciated. They were also very honest and transparent throughout the inspection and clearly explained their findings without trying to upsell unnecessary work. I highly recommend their services and will definitely call them again in the future.
