  Had Tristan Scully, one of their field consultants, out to discuss replacing all of our siding and prepare a quotation. We had an appointment set up for 3 weeks later to go over the quotation and discuss moving forward. I e-mailed a week prior to rebook the appointment as I was going to be out of town. I sent a second e-mail the day prior to our appointment to make sure he got my previous e-mail. Didn't hear a word. I called the office twice and they told me they would contact him and call me back. Again, never heard a word. If this is the level of professionalism that Rydel sends out the door to deal with prospective customers, I'm glad we never proceeded with any work. If they didn't want to do the work, they could have just said so and not wasted my time. Extremely unprofessional and would not recommend.

  More than two months after the roof was installed, there's still no news about the gutters. I've had to follow up several times, but they don't reply to emails.

  I got a quote; the price was good, and the estimator seemed knowledgeable. I needed the work done very quickly. I was given a date, probably X days away, but then there was no follow-up. I called several times, but they didn't answer my texts or calls. Finally, I hired another company.

  We are very satisfied with the work done by Mr. Scully's team. Furthermore, the work was completed according to schedule. The installation of the gutters, soffits, and fascia on our cottage (which is difficult to access) was even finished a little ahead of time.
