Too few ratings to compare against other roofers — at 6 ratings a single unhappy customer moves this figure by several points.
The critical reviews
The one and two-star reviews, first. These are what a star average hides, and they are the reason this page exists.

It seems our original review was removed. I am writing this as a warning to anyone who may look into roof work with MF Toiture and with M. Danick Franklyn. We hired MF Toiture, owned by M. D. Franklyn, to do our roof work in the late fall of 2023. The work was begun and completed in the month of March 2024. The initial work was great and we were pleased with the work done despite some delays in beginning of the work and the slight issues of communication with M. D. Franklyn. However, once the work was completed and there were damages done to our interior ceilings and walls the communication and follow up with M. Dance Franklyn and team became very strained. In August this year we had traces of a water leak appear on the ceiling. Due to the lack of follow up the guarantee of 10 years seems to be nul and void and we have had to contact another roofing company to do repairs. Following 8 months of stress and frustration we finally filed a complaint with the RBQ (Régie du bâtiment du Québec). MF Toiture has since no working phone number or email address. M. Dance Franklyn has also canceled his phone number and email address. We have since cut our losses and moved on, but have posted this to warn anyone from working with M. D. Franklyn or MF toiture in the future.

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 6 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 6, of which 4 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on Toiture MF. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
