  Very disappointed with the after-sales service. There's a way to say things without threats and contempt.

  Hello Kristina, I'm sorry to see that a situation like this has led to such a negative review. I simply explained that your gutter needed maintenance. I mentioned this to you once, and then again when you contacted me about the same problem. The installation was done two years ago and it worked correctly the entire time. When a system works well for two years and then suddenly a downspout starts overflowing, it usually indicates a blockage or lack of maintenance rather than an installation problem. Gutters require regular maintenance, whether they are new or old. Based on the information and video you sent me, the problem clearly seemed to stem from a blocked downspout. I simply advised you to have your gutters cleaned to correct the situation. Thank you.

He was always available to answer any questions we might have had and explaining to us the different options/products that were available for us to choose from. The work was professionally done.
