I want to thank Cassandra for not showing up for the appointment she herself scheduled for me two days prior, and for having the professionalism to call me back to apologize for missing the appointment and to reschedule. When making the appointment, she took the time to carefully note my residential address, presumably to assess whether the roof renovation was worth the trip for a house of this size. Thank you, Cassandra! This allowed me to find another roofing company that is not only highly competent but also exceptionally professional, unlike Atlas Roofing!

We called for information about replacing our roof. The person on the phone had the brilliant idea of hanging up on us because we didn't understand some of the instructions. It's safe to say their customer service was truly inadequate. I can definitely say we won't be doing business with them again.

Hello, we are extremely sorry about the situation. We certainly did not hang up intentionally. Please feel free to contact us again (here is the owner's personal cell phone number: 514-629-8328). All our customers are important to us.

I would like to thank the Atlas Roofing team for their exceptional work. From the very first contact, they demonstrated professionalism, attentiveness, and responsiveness. The project was carried out meticulously, on schedule, and the result is simply impeccable. All this at a very competitive price. A serious, efficient, and pleasant team that I recommend without hesitation! Ferial

Because of the high winds, my shingles had come loose and water was leaking in. (See first photo) When I discovered this, I contacted Atlas Roofing and within a day I had an appointment for them to come and redo my roof a week later. In the meantime, they sent someone to cover the hole so it wouldn't get worse during the week. My experience was excellent and I highly recommend them! Cassandra (one of the owners) took great care of everything, advising me and keeping me informed about the small problems I was having in my attic (which wasn't even connected to the main roof). I also met the team of guys who redid the roof and everyone was super friendly and professional! See the result in the photo, thank you Atlas Roofing!!!!

I highly recommend Toiture Atlas without hesitation ⭐️ P.S. Take the time to give the guys some water; they're very grateful. And Jeremy loves ice cream sandwiches!
