We had our roof replaced and new gutters installed on our home, and we are very happy with the results. Raymond and his crew did a great job from start to finish. They were professional, honest, and easy to work with through the whole roofing process. The team used quality roofing materials, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was cleaned up well when the job was finished. Our yard was left spotless, and the new roof and gutter system look excellent and feel built to last. We highly recommend Raymond and his crew for any roofing, gutter, or exterior repair work. Their workmanship, communication, and attention to detail really stood out, and we would gladly call them again for future roofing needs.

After a bad roof leak caused water damage in two rooms, I needed help fast. The moisture started affecting a bedroom wall and some insulation near the ceiling, which was a big concern for my family’s health. I had already opened an insurance claim and had the adjuster paperwork, but it was still stressful trying to find a reliable roofing contractor in San Jose. After reaching out to several companies with no luck, I was referred to Titanshield Roofing and spoke with Miguel. He came out quickly, inspected the damaged roofing area, explained the repair plan clearly, and got everything moving. From the roof repair to the interior damage concerns, the whole process was handled with care and professionalism. What really stood out was how responsive and helpful the team was. I had a lot of questions during and after the work, and they took the time to walk me through everything, explain the repairs, and make sure I felt comfortable with the results. They also helped with the insurance process, which made things much easier for me. The finished work was clean, solid, and professionally done. I appreciated how seriously they took my concerns and how smoothly they handled the entire roofing job. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in San Jose needing roof leak repair or storm damage roofing service.

Great roofing company to work with in San Jose. We recently had gutter guards installed, and the crew went above and beyond what we expected. They not only put in the guards, but also cleaned out the gutters, straightened the runs, and made …

We recently purchased a property that needed a full roof replacement and some framing repairs. Elias and Miguel handled the roofing work, replaced any damaged wood decking they found, installed new skylights, and also reroofed two storage buildings. The whole job went smoothly from start to finish, and we are very pleased with the final result. Elias and Keith were easy to reach, kept us informed during each phase of the project, and made the entire process stress free. Their workmanship and attention to detail were excellent, the project was completed on schedule, and the pricing was fair and reasonable. We would gladly recommend them for any roofing or roof repair work.

At no time during my communication, from the first roofing estimate to the final roof inspection, did anyone ask me to leave a review. It was really refreshing to share feedback that felt natural and not pushed. I am extremely happy with the whole experience. From Elias, who was helpful, patient, informative, and never pushy, to the office staff, the roofing crew, and Raymond, the final inspector, everyone was knowledgeable, thorough, and focused on details. They explained the roof repair and replacement process clearly, kept everything organized, and made me feel confident every step of the way. If you are not sure who to hire for roof repair or a new roof, this team makes the process easy and makes you feel genuinely taken care of.

There are a lot of roofing contractors out there, so you really have to be careful about who you trust with your roof. I spoke with two other roofers first, and neither one was dependable. They did quick inspections, gave poor follow-up, …

Our chimney flue had failed, and when we turned on the heat we found a carbon monoxide issue in the house. After two other roofing and chimney contractors did not show up, Elias responded quickly, gave us a clear estimate, and had his crew at our home by 9 a.m. the next day. They installed a new chimney liner the same day, and by the afternoon our heating system was working safely again. They also found cracked brick at the top of the chimney near the roofline. Elias came back the next day and rebuilt the top of the chimney, making sure everything was solid, sealed, and ready to handle the weather in San Jose. The crew worked carefully and professionally, and the cleanup was excellent. Our basement, roof, and backyard were left spotless, and you could barely tell any roofing and chimney work had been done. I do not know every worker’s name, but I appreciate the whole team and would gladly recommend them for chimney and roofing related repairs.

The roofing team, led by Raymond, came out to inspect storm damage and confirmed that a full roof replacement was the best option. They worked smoothly with our insurance company and got the new roof installation on the schedule very quickly. The crew removed the damaged roof panels and replaced everything that needed attention. The new architectural shingles look excellent and really improved the overall appearance of the home. After some time, during a heavy rain, I noticed a leak over the porch roof. I contacted them, and they responded promptly by sending a crew out to inspect the issue. They found the problem area, replaced the affected shingles, checked the surrounding roofing materials, and made sure the repair was sealed properly. I was very impressed with how fast they handled the follow-up and how professional the roofing crew was throughout the whole process. Great service, quality workmanship, and strong communication from start to finish. I would definitely recommend them for any roof repair or roof replacement work.
