  We used this team for metal roofing and siding on our new barn, along with metal wainscoting and galvanized panels for the interior ceilings and walls in the feed room, tack room, and office lounge area. The materials were high quality, well made, and a great fit for the project. Their crew also provided helpful technical support, clear guidance during the roofing and panel selection process, and fast production and delivery. Everything arrived on time, and the whole job moved smoothly from order to install. We are very pleased with the products, service, and overall experience, and we plan to use them again for future roofing and metal building needs.

  I had wanted to get my roof replaced for a long time, and David's Milpitas Roofing finally made it happen. I am extremely happy with how everything turned out. The crew was professional, careful, and thorough from start to finish. They not only repaired old roofing problems, but also caught a few weak spots that could have turned into bigger leaks later. They replaced 4 sections of rotten plywood, including one trouble area where other roofers had told me I would just have to live with the leak. Ricky came out quickly, explained the roofing work clearly, and made sure I understood the full scope of the project. Kaleb managed the job smoothly, answered all my questions, and kept the whole process easy and stress free. The team started early, worked efficiently, and finished the job the same day.
