  Strong wind loosened some aluminum fascia on my house, so I called Titanmasters Roofing for an inspection and estimate. Richard came out quickly, checked the damaged fascia, roofline, gutters, and siding, and explained everything in clear, simple terms. The quote was very fair, and the repair was finished fast and done the right way with solid workmanship. He also completed a full roofing inspection and shared photos of a few spots that could use a small tune-up later on to help keep the roof system in good shape. I really appreciated how professional, friendly, and easy to talk to he was throughout the whole visit. As someone new to San Jose, it also meant a lot that he took a little extra time after the job to answer a few local questions and be helpful. Overall, this was a smooth and positive experience, and I would gladly recommend them for roofing, fascia, gutter, siding, and general exterior repairs. I definitely plan to call again for more roof-related work.

  If you need a professional, high quality roofing company, i highly recommend this team. After a major storm caused heavy roof damage, i spoke with several roofers, and richard was by far the most informative. While other contractors seemed more focused on what the insurance company might pay, richard clearly explained the roofing options and provided pricing for different shingle grades. That made the decision much easier. I picked the top shingle option, and now my roof looks fantastic. The crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, and finished the full roof replacement in one day. They also took extra care to put the satellite dish back in the right spot. jesse spent hours on site overseeing the project and even checked the attic to make sure the roofing work would not affect the HVAC system. He also added extra vents to improve airflow in the attic at no added cost, which is a big help during hot weather. The whole experience was smooth, honest, and stress free. hayden answered every question in simple terms, stayed straightforward the entire time, and made sure the workmanship was done right. i would not hesitate to use this roofing company again for any roof repair or replacement work.

  i had my roof replaced in San Jose, and it was a major roofing project. i chose specialized imitation cedar shingles for a custom look, and the crew did a phenomenal job from tear-off to final cleanup. It is not easy to find roofers who truly do what they promise, but they absolutely did.   TitanMasters Roofing is truly amazing. After a big wind and rain storm moved through San Jose, several roofing companies came by, but something felt different about their representative, so we decided to give them a chance. Even though they did not have many reviews at the time, and we were very unsure at first, we are so glad we moved forward. Caleb handled all of the early roofing work and was there for every inspection, helping everything go smoothly with the insurance adjuster. Hayden was excellent at keeping the roofing crew, window team, and gutter installers on track and making sure the job was done the right way. Wesley was always quick to answer our questions and kept us updated throughout the project. Everyone who worked on our home was professional, careful, on time, and easy to work with. The roof replacement, new windows, and gutters all came out great, and the whole process felt organized from start to finish. We are beyond happy with the results, and their hard work and follow-through helped us get the insurance coverage in place. Our home looks fantastic, and we absolutely love the new roof.

  i found a roof leak late on a Friday evening and called for help. To my surprise, someone answered right away and worked around my schedule to set up a weekend roof repair visit in San Jose. mitchell came out on Sunday, checked the problem area, and fixed the leak quickly. He was respectful, honest, and easy to talk with, and he explained the roofing repair in simple terms. I decided to call because luke had inspected my roof in the past after storm-related damage, and that earlier visit left me feeling very confident about the service. This time was just as smooth. The crew was professional, responsive, and clearly knew their way around shingles, flashing, and leak repair.   this roofing crew has been great to work with. they originally put on our roof, and more recently we noticed water staining around a vent pipe near the laundry area while doing some repainting. after checking the attic, we found moisture on the roof decking and the floor area next to the vent pipe, so we called for a roof repair estimate. they sent richard out to inspect both the inside and the rooftop. he was polite, listened carefully to our concerns, and checked the flashing, vent boot, and nearby shingles. he sealed the problem areas and explained that this repair should stop the leak. he also let us know what to watch for after the next rain, which was very helpful. a few minutes later, mitchell called to go over the findings with us and made sure we understood the condition of the roof and the repair work. we appreciated the quick response, clear communication, and honest approach. it gave us peace of mind knowing they handled the issue right away and stood behind their roofing service. if we notice anything else after more wet weather, we know we can call them back. for roofing, gutter work, or roof repairs, they are the first team we would contact. we can relax tonight knowing our home is protected.

  I got four quotes for a flat roof project with three skylights in San Jose. TitanMasters Roofing was one of the higher-priced options, but the cost felt fair for the skill and quality offered. Out of all the roofing contractors we met with, two really stood out, and Hayden was one of them. I decided to move forward based on his roofing knowledge, clear explanation, and my overall confidence in the plan. Hayden explained the full scope of the roof work in simple terms, including how their flat roofing system would be installed, how their approach was different from other roofers, why they recommended it, what the price would be, and how long the job should take. That level of detail made the whole process easy to understand and gave us peace of mind before the project started. The crew showed up on time on the scheduled day and handled the roofing job in a professional and efficient way. They worked carefully, answered my questions, and paid close attention to every part of the roof, especially around the skylights and flashing. At one point I noticed something from inside the house that looked concerning near one skylight, and they paused work right away until we confirmed it was not related to their installation. I appreciated how respectful and careful they were. They also did a great job cleaning up the property after the work. One part of the flashing could not be completed that same day, so they returned later and finished it properly without any hassle.   The roofing crew did a great job installing our new roof in San Jose. Wesley made sure everything was handled smoothly, and even checked in with us after some strong winds to make sure everything was holding up well. When we noticed a few shingles had come loose, Wesley quickly responded and sent someone out to fix them. The team also made sure to clean up all the leftover roofing materials from our yard. We’re very satisfied with the quality of work and how responsive the team was to our needs. Highly recommend them if you need a reliable roofer in San Jose!

  We found TitanMasters Roofing online when searching for a local roofer who could help us figure out options for a new metal roof for our home. i'd seen photos in magazines and really liked the modern look. when we stopped by the showroom, we were helped by jesse, who was super friendly and knowledgeable. since we were unsure about how a metal roof would look on our house, jesse gave us some samples to take home and see in person. it took us a few visits and phone calls before we finally made our choice. the metal roofing we picked needed to be ordered, so we just waited for jesse to let us know when it arrived. we were a little nervous about choosing a bold, updated look for our roof, but we couldn't be happier with how it turned out. the new roof looks amazing! jesse was very patient and walked us through each step, from making our selection to when the materials were delivered. the personal attention and professionalism went above and beyond what we expected. jesse even showed us some photos of a metal roof project a friend of his had finished, which helped us picture the end result. before meeting jesse, my husband wasn't sure about getting a metal roof, but now we're both really glad we did. our whole experience was top notch and we wouldn't hesitate to use them again for any roofing needs.

Hayden worked closely with my insurance adjuster, carefully inspecting and marking all the damaged areas on my roof. Throughout the insurance process, I was kept updated every step of the way so I always knew what was happening. On installation day, the crew arrived on time and completed the entire shingle roof replacement in just one day. The work was done professionally, and I am extremely pleased with the results.   I recently had new 6' gutters installed on my home in San Jose by this roofing team, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with how everything turned out. The pricing was fair, and the quality of both the materials and the workmanship was excellent. From the initial estimate to the final installation, the whole process was smooth and professional, just as promised.
