  Ruined my home and nearly killed me - by not venting my gas.

  I contacted Titan after I had storm damage to my roof. I had used them a couple years prior to replace my gutters and it was a great experience so I expected this to be the same. My insurance just needed a contractor to try to find a match to my existing shingles, if one couldn’t be found they would cover the full replacement cost. The initial call was pleasant with Randy and someone came out and grabbed a sample shingle. After that, my experience with this company was no longer pleasant! Fast forward 5 months and not a single thing was done. At first, I gave them some leeway because of COVID-19 situation, and would only check in every few weeks for an update, and would always get an answer “I just was looking at your file!” After a few months of no activity I called again and was told the sample shingle was too small and they needed another. Someone then quickly got another shingle but Titan still didn’t mail off the shingle which was needed to be compared for a match. Fast forward to five months later and I would get sent straight to voicemail if I called. I left a total of four messages over a few weeks with no call back until I left one saying I was going to use another contractor, MINUTES LATER I received a call. In the end they never even mailed the sample off. I used Kaiser Roofing and they did more in THREE DAYS than Titan did in FIVE MONTHS. Whole process with insurance covering total roof replacement took less than three weeks with Kaiser Roofing. In the end, Kaiser Roofing had great customer service and I was very disappointed with Titan.

  I love the color and the style of the siding, but what I am disappointed in was the condition the workers left my flower beds around the house and the response that I received from Titan. The workers trampled flowers, ripped off branches on my trees, when they just had to ask my husband for a tool to help cut them, they destroyed my hostas and other flowers. When I called Titan I was told "it is a construction zone" and I should expect such issues. The funny thing is that I had painters painting the trim a week before, and nothing was disturbed. I would only recommend Titan if you did not have landscaping around your house!

  I was told the gutter colors would be easy to match at any store. "they all(paint stores) carry mastic paint formulas" I was told be the salesperson. Well, they didn't. I was hassle to get the paint formaula form Titan.and they were rude and unprofessional when trying to get the paint information. Bad experience. I wouldn't suggest this company to anyone.

  Got my siding worked on. Some of the best work I’ve seen. Perfect cuts, and perfect caulking . Great price and great work. I recommend anyone who likes quality craftsmanship to give this company a call. Plan on having them do my roof in a few years

  We had new siding put up on our house and are very happy with the finished product and also the workers. Every detail is finished such as corners and edges. The project lasted less than 3 days as the work team was very efficient. They worked nonstop starting Tuesday afternoon and finishing Thursday afternoon. Everything was cleaned up thoroughly at the end and it looks beautiful!

  Tony and the team communicated great from day 1, set up a new roof install and gutters pretty quickly and were able to complete while we were on vacation. not having to be around with the noise and construction was great. finished product looks great.

  A new roof was a long time coming. Lots of procrastination on making sure that we hired the right company for our home. I had so many questions. We had the pleasure of working with Tony Knutson who was extremely knowledgeable. He explained their product options, cost, and timeline. Sean oversaw our installation of the new roof, gutters and downspouts, and gutter guards. Sean checked in with us repeatedly throughout the process and did an absolutely amazing job!   Our son's house needed new gutters. We called Titan (Since they did excellent work on replacing our roof). Randy came out the next day and gave us a very reasonable estimate. Not only did the gutters need to be replaced, but in some cases, they needed to be rerouted. This was pointed out to us by Randy. Work was started and completed within 6 days - expertly. Communication with Randy and Tony was good. They are great guys to deal with.
