  We would like to respond to Mr. Downey by giving a correct account of what actually took place. On Tuesday 9/5/17 he stated he tried to call our office multiple times with no answer. Unknown to him our phones were down until 2:00 pm that day. However, customers were still able to leave a voicemail. We had access to voicemail and would have been able to contact Mr. Downey on a cell phone had he taken the time to leave a message. This also would have saved him the drive to our office. An appointment was scheduled for the very next day 9/6/17 with a time frame of 9:00 am – 9:30 am. Our estimator arrived at 9:30 am. We were clearly in the time window given, not 30 minutes late like Mr. Downey stated. Our estimator knocked on the door, introduced himself and asked for an email address in order to be able to send the inspection report that is done with every customer. Mr. Downey then showed our estimator the ceiling where the leak was occurring. We have a photo of the stain. Our estimator then inspected the entire roof to be completely thorough. He did in fact inspect the area where the leak was occurring. We have photos to prove this. The condition of Mr. Downey’s roof is very poor. It is less than 10 years old and the original installer did a very poor job. There are numerous areas where flashing details were done incorrectly. The area where the leak is occurring was not able to be fixed that day on the spot. It requires a partial removal of a valley area and the surrounding shingles in order to correct the leak. I am not sure why the ‘all of a sudden’ sense of urgency on Mr. Downey’s part, as it is clear by the photo of the ceiling that this leak has been occurring for some time. There is evidence of mold on the ceiling which takes time to grow. Mr. Downey posted this review 1 day later from when our estimator came out, not two days. Mr. Downey was going to receive his estimate this morning 9/8/17 via email along with the inspection report before

  Customer Service is top notch. The guys that did the roof were incredibly efficient and friendly. Cleaned up the area each day. The cost reasonable. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

  I had a leak in my garage and knew it was coming from an area on the roof. I called Dan in the morning and that afternoon a crew was out. An inspection was made to determine the problem and was repaired in no time. I was given immediate and friendly service. I would recommend Mid Miami roofing as being the best in the industry.   Andrea and her teams did a great job on our new gutters, downspouts and soffits and some work around our chimney/cricket. We had multiple quotes and theirs was the middle of the 3 but we felt more comfortable with their knowledge and recommendations for needed work. The finished work looks fantastic and we are picky and difficult to please- so that means a lot to meet our expectations. Highly recommend.
