  SO DISAPPOINTED!!! Used Titan construction in Aug, 2012. They quoted on new roof and gutters. They lost the roof job yet did install the gutters. Guy who offered quote was fabulous (no longer working there) in fact, referred to Titan 2 new roofing jobs. Now (9/20) after severe storms, I had roof and gutter damage plus other work. Called Titan hoping to have them offer opinion/ expertise/ quote in defining work of damage before meeting with insurance estimator (roof, gutter, window damage). After 4 weeks of appts made, getting bumped MANY times, texting back and forth with estimator, listening to personal excuses why he never showed, a "supervisor" calls me during the 5th week saying I am out of their service area. 5 weeks later!! Having met with my insurance adjuster who perhaps underestimated the job during week 3, I said to the guy I saw your truck not 2 miles from my house! He claims he was picking up (personal) parts and visiting his brother in Michigan. The supv claims their jobs are bigger with greater return and my job was/is too small. I asked to speak with the owner and he said I will give him the message but just to let you know he has a heavy Polish accent. So what? I asked. I won't go there. NEVER received a call. Too bad because I gave them a huge review and clients.

  My wife and I rarely do reviews but our ordeal with Titan Construction Ent. Inc warranted doing one. Bluntly put Titan failed to do much more than take a deposit and push our job off for 4 months and now forced us into Spring next year to get done by someone else. We were given excuse after excuse and even told by the GM of Sales "Either Titan has bad luck or you do" , seems classy to say to the customer who is already upset. We know better however as luck had nothing to do with it, the transaction and job was simple, Titan quoted work, accepted a deposit, cashed a deposit and did nothing but make excuses and delays for 4 full months. Titan is a company that states it handles roofing, windows and siding yet they couldn't get samples of siding colors but rather directed us to a website to pick colors and styles for our project? That should of been our 1st sign however we did everything on our end to be fair, we communicated with them asking for updates in lack of theirs, we were patient though they believed we were not after waiting 4 months to get no supplies or our job scheduled after 4 months.. Finally in early mid December we were given (3) days the project would happen and at the end of the 2nd day no one showed up so we called their office. We were then told they called us and because they didn't get a hold of us they put another job in front of ours and our project would have to be rescheduled... I was never called or contacted as the main contact, I made sure they had my cell number and email and once that was confirmed we told them we were done with the delays and excuses as this was just another excuse. We demanded our money back and got it which was about the only fair thing that occurred while working with them. We all know the spring hail storm was hard on these trades, but not that bad communication and honesty had to be put aside and if they were so busy due to that storm work why did they accept more work in August?   If you need a company to follow through with insurance company on a catastrophe claim, then don't count on this company to do that. I filed a claim after a storm in the area, this contractor showed up for the first appointment with adjuster. Contractor had little success with adjuster and we received partial approval. This company's representative gave up and disappeared. Never heard from him or heard back after I repeatedly called to have them come out for 2nd inspection by the insurance company. Really bad experience and don't advise anyone to use them for insurance claims. They just want easy work and where you get full roof covered by insurance the first time around. Needless to say that I hired another contractor and we have a much better settlement, work is yet to be done.

  We had a man named Bill who said that he lived in Marseilles so we felt comfortable with a local man. Well to our surprise all he was all Talk, he came out and did the walk through with Myelf and our insurance adjuster. Then when we received the first check from the insurance company. We had to send it to our Morgage company along with the insurance paperwork and then they called and said that they needed a copy of the Construction company's license and also there insurance paperwork we waited for over 5 weeks calling Bill also Texted him many times. Finally Bill texted me and said that Titan construction had no Interior Crew to do the work. Not even a call just a text. So when you call Titan construction Don't hold your breath, Especially if you get Bill

  Scheduled a 2:30 appointment on a Tuesday to have my roof looked at. Left a voicemail at 3. Called again at 3:30 and talked to josh. He said he would look into it and call me back. Called again at 4:30 no answer. Called Thursday and they told me I’m crazy and must have called a different company. Triple checked, I called the same number all 8 times I called.

  We had an excellent experience with Titan Construction. Our roof, skylights and gutters were replaced. Phil was awesome to work with and we plan to use Titan for our construction needs in the future.

  We recently had a new roof and gutters installed by Titan. We dealt with Phil who was incredible from start to finish. He was personable, professional, and knowledgeable in every aspect of the process. We will be using Titan and Phil for future projects.

  I highly recomment Titan Construction a very professional hard working company! I priced 6 roofing companies and 2 were more expensive than Titan Construction, 2 were almost the same price, and two were slightly less with lesser quality material. I had my roof and shedd done with no cpmplaints, along with larger gutters and Gutter Goalies. Aaron the sales person sits down with you, explains everything in detail, and describes all of the types and grades of the materials and your options. The other two competitors withing close range never sent me anything by email, and the other roofer walked around and gave me the same price and left. Another man never came back and left me in the dark. I was very comfortable with the security, life-time warranty, and work that was done. Also, comapanies like State Farm give you a discount by using the roofing grade that Titan Construction uses! Thus, I saved on my insurance! I pricedd windows and they were also within a competive price although I'm having them done later. The work crews were a very hard working group. Worked from dawn to dusk for two days, and the gutter crew finished on the third day. Was left with the promise that if I have any problems or complaints Titan Construction with be there to take care of it! Ed in Braidwood

  We are very glad we chose Titan Construction for our window replacement project. The quality of the workmanship and level of service were outstanding from start to finish. If you appreciate Old-School and Real customer service, ask for Phil. His professionalism, communication, and genuine care throughout the process made all the difference.   Phil was once again wonderful to work with. He and his team replaced a roof, fascia and gutters in Streator IL. The team was accommodating to the tenants and very quick. He kept in communication throughout the project. I recommend Titan construction.

  If I could leave a review with more than 5 stars I would! Phil came out today to look at a part of my soffit that popped off. He got onto the roof, popped the soffit back in and then did a thorough inspection of my entire roof. He assured me everything looks good and to reach out if I have any other issues. Phil is personable, knowledgeable, but most importantly he is honest. Thanks Titan Construction for having Phil come out today!

  I recently used Titan to replace 5 decorative boards on the front of my house. Over time these boards started to rot. I was very pleased when I found Titan (conveniently located in Plainfield), was willing to take on what I’d describe as a smaller job. My Titan representative, Phil, was very easy to work with. He came to my house to get an idea of what I wanted to be done. He assured me the job would be completed to my satisfaction. He showed me the material that would be used. Phil always stayed in contact with me by telephone. The job was completed within a week. The job was done as promised and on time. Phil called after the work was completed to make sure the job was done to our satisfaction. I would use Titan for other jobs.
