  Hi Daniel, on behalf of the company I apologize for the experience with our company. The missed appointment was a mistake by one of our crew members, very much our fault. We do strive to keep all appointments we make but sometimes things do happen and that one was on us. We are all yet human and forget to write something down from time to time. I am in fact glad that we were able to come out to your home and fix your issue in a very timely manner to honor our warranty.

  Timmons & Carroll Roofing needs to stand by their warranty and stop claiming they fixed something when they never actually showed up to do the work.

  Unacceptable behavior from a business that "claims" to honor warranties. Stay away folks before you become their next victim. The owner is a liar and lacks accountability for his words. This business deserves 0 Stars.

  Shady business. They don’t honor warranties that have been advertised and paid for, and then further deceive to line their pockets. Unethical and corrupt.

  Hello sir my name is John I am the co-owner of Timmons and Carol Roofing now I have looked through all Past reviews and I saw where you had an unpleasant experience I do not see a file or recent call log for any request if you want to give me a call anytime I'll be more than happy to go over your past concerns and do whatever I can to make it right I do however want to make sure that this is a legitimate complaint and not a result of past employees attempt to smother a good name we have made more than one attempt at contacting you to resolve this issue again if there's anything we can do please let me know

  Had an appointment set for Sept 2, 2022 for an estimate on residing a chimney. Talked to Larry, he said he couldn’t give me a set time he would be here. Called him around 12:12pm on the 2nd to see when he was coming. He told me he would be here after 3:00pm. Waited till 7:00pm. NO SHOW or courtesy call letting me know he wasn’t coming. This is not the first time and issue like this has been reviewed. Very poor communications and customer relations.

  I can't say anything about their work, other than I was recommended to contact them however I left 4 voicemails. I never got a response back even if they didn't want my business or were too booked I still would have appreciated some form of follow up. If you are in a hurry for your roofing project you may want to look elsewhere, I decided to look elsewhere myself.

  Fast service, good communication, crew was very nice while there, Mr. Timmons has been easy to work with. I needed a new roof and there was wood damage underneath. They sent pics of the damage and repaired it at minimal cost. I would recommend them to anyone needing a new roof. CR Painter

  First...great job. Let's get through that first. I received 5 estimates. Timmons wasn't the cheapest. What Larry Timmons did was communicate the most thoroughly. We agreed to his estimate a week later. It was his professionalism and transparency that won the bid. Amazing job. Everything delivered as promised. Gold standard right here.

  Had a roof put on last week. They did a great job. Everyone was nice and professional and Mr Timmons kept me informed about everything going on. They were on time and stayed till the job was done. I am very satisfied with the job they did and would use them again and would recommend them to others.

  In 2019 Timmons and Carroll Roofing was hired to reroof my home. Recently, I discovered there was a small leak, so I called the company to see if they would come inspect the issue. I was very impressed by the quality customer service and the appointment was scheduled for two days later. I was told that they stand by their work and would be more than happy to come out. Mr. Timmons personally came out to inspect the roof and made the minor repairs the same day. This company certainly stands by their promises and made a stressful situation, very easy. I am grateful for the excellent customer service and would highly recommend Timmons and Carroll Roofing company to anyone who values honesty, quality, and dependability.

  These guys worked their butts off! Best price (and I got a lot of quotes) and a superior roof. They were on time everyday, were professional and definitely know their business. I will recommend them to anyone needing a roof.

  Was on a time crunch and they squeezed us into their tight schedule despite storms. Was very happy with price, workers were pleasant and answered any questions we had. Owner was wonderful to talk to and helpful!! Would absolutely 💯 recommend!
