  called them started talking didn't take me serious very disrespectful

  Kimberly, we are accustomed to receiving many "sales calls", and most sales people are very respectful when we say that we are not interested in their product. Furthermore, it is usually settled within one phone call. We do not "entertain" sales calls that are vague and verbally disrespectful all while threatening to give a 1 star review. We were very clear on the first call that we were not interested and by the third call we were not taking the conversation any further.

  Waited for days for a quote, after the rep came out and measured. Kept calling and texting but never heard back: I understand there was an illness in the family. I’m sorry and hope for a quick recovery. This seems like a nice family business and we wanted to support them. We liked the Rep, but we never heard from him again. After a few days, I texted him to “forget it.” Very strange. Other companies provided the quote on the spot.

  Keith Walthers Roofing did an amazing job repairing the flashing around our chimney and the roof over our patio. It was tested later in the day with one of these afternoon storms! No leaks!!! The team arrived early, worked on repairing it, and cleaned up after themselves. I had multiple quotes for the job and he beat the quotes hands down. I highly recommend this company and will call on them again in the future! Give them a call… you won’t regret it!

  A+ roofing experience. We couldn’t be happier with our experience with Keith Walther Roofing! From start to finish, everything was professional and stress-free. Dom, the project manager, was knowledgeable, responsive, pleasant to work with and insured everything was taken care of. We received a great price for a quality roofing product which made the decision easy. The roofing crew did an excellent job installing the shingles’s and left us with a beautifully finished roof and cleanup of the site. We highly recommend Keith Walthers Roofing in the Pensacola area for their excellent service, communication and workmanship. Five stars all the way!

  Keith Walther Roofing did an outstanding job replacing my roof from start to finish. The crew was professional, punctual, and clearly experienced. They paid close attention to proper installation techniques, including underlayment placement, flashing details around roof penetrations, and clean shingle alignment, which gave me confidence that the roof was installed correctly and built to last. The work site was kept organized throughout the project, and they did an excellent job with cleanup afterward, leaving my property free of nails and debris. Communication was pleasant and straightforward, and the entire process was completed efficiently without sacrificing quality. If you’re looking for a roofing contractor that combines technical expertise, professionalism, and excellent customer service, I would highly recommend Keith Walther Roofing. I am very pleased with the final result.

  Just had my roof done, the crew worked hard for 3 straight days and the roof looks great. Cleaned up the property well. No complaints and would recommend. Salesman, Dominic was great to work with and made sure I was satisfied from start to finish.

  First off I am horrible with remembering names so I apologize. To start with are sell rep came out took a look at everything his name start with a ca he gave a quote we could work with an didn’t try to take down are gutters an put them back there’ not that old the workmanship is outstanding the crew was there at 730 an out by 5 the crew was very polite an hard working an talking to the family when at the office very nice people with a plan in place even when the boss retires that is satisfying to no 20 years from now I pick up the phone an call thay will be there thank you for the great job Mr Dominic is his name lol thank you again

  From the first phone call to the installation and completion of the roof and skylight, Keith and Dominic were great to work with!   I have used Keith on multiple of my properties. Every time, he is easy to deal with and finishes the job without issue. Although he is an established roofing company in the Pensacola area, It still feels like you’re dealing with a family business. Would recommend!

  This company is the best of the best.The owner Keith is very professional. Received a call back the same day. Within hours, the next day, Keith was over Looking at what my roof issue was. Set a date to come back a s a p. I live in navarre in a mobile home. Keith and his very nice team Fixed the roof. I totally totally recommend him. On top of that , it was ninety degrees. Thank you Keith.

  I would give 100 stars if I could! I don’t leave reviews often, but this experience truly earned one. We came home from work to find roof debris scattered throughout our yard, pieces of our roof blown into the pool, and a concerning amount of daylight coming through in the attic. With rain already starting and more in the forecast throughout the week, I knew we needed to act quickly to prevent further damage. I called several companies advertising emergency roof repairs and 24/7 service, but all I got were answering services or extremely high after-hours prices from larger companies. Then I called Keith Walther Roofing, and I immediately knew I had found the right people. I was greeted by Keith’s wife, who answered the phone with the kind of caring Southern hospitality that instantly put me at ease. I could tell she genuinely cared about helping us and reassured me she would get in touch with Keith right away. Her kindness during such a stressful moment meant so much. Keith called shortly after, and when I explained the situation, he didn’t hesitate to say he and Dominic were on their way. They arrived quickly, assessed the damage, and immediately got to work getting a tarp over the roof before the weather could cause more problems. One thing that truly stood out was that Keith’s priority was protecting our home, not making a sale. He was ready to grab the tarp and get started before we had even discussed payment. It wasn’t until I asked what payment method he accepted that it seemed to cross his mind. That moment said so much about his character, honesty, and the values behind this family-owned business. The opening ended up being around 10 feet, and their quick response likely saved us from much more extensive damage. They got us protected quickly, and the price was incredibly fair, especially considering it was after hours and they had already been working since 5:30 that morning. Everyone we interacted with was professional, kind, honest, and genuinely

  Just had a brand new roof put on our house today by Keith Walther Roofing… Dominic was our sales rep and let me tell you he is amazing!!! The roofers were also a GREAT TEAM of very hard workers!! Did the whole roof in one day and cleaned up every bit of materials before leaving our home.. YALL ARE PROFESSIONAL PERSONABLE AND FAST!!! Thank all of you from our hearts!! Definitely recommend Keith Walther for and job without hesitation!!!! God Bless yall…🙏😁
