  Go elsewhere, just another contractor looking for quick cash at any expense. - had to pester him to confirm a start date - raised my quote while roof was already torn apart and hands were tied without consult, pictures or inspection - charged me for plywood that went unused and left in the rain - pesters you for payment endlessly the second they get off the roof - leaves tools behind and never comes back - said they would do a second building but vanished after payment for the first was made - can’t even get a final bill provided to me for payments made

  While I regret that your experience didn’t meet expectations, I’d like to offer a few important clarifications. When other contractors failed to show up for you (the ones you say you were waiting for) we stepped in as quickly as possible to help stop an active leak and protect your home. Our team prioritized your project, adjusted our schedule, and mobilized as quickly as conditions safely allowed. Safety is not just a priority for us—it’s non-negotiable. The phenomenal amount of persistent days on end of rain and steep pitch of your roof created hazardous conditions that required us to pause work at times. I would never ask my crew to risk their well-being, and I stand by that decision. I’d rather receive a tough review than send someone home injured. Everyone deserves to go home safe at the end of the day. As for the timeline, while it may have felt like the project stretched over three weeks, it’s important to note that we were not onsite continuously. Weather delays and space constraints impacted progress, but we remained responsive and returned as soon as weather conditions permitted. We also performed several tasks beyond the original scope of work—including removal of your chimney—at no additional charge. These were done in good faith, with the goal of ensuring you were fully satisfied. Regarding the cleanup, we conducted our standard multiple magnetic sweeps and debris removal. If any items were missed, we gladly returned when we had been made aware, and as for the comment regarding leftover shingles on the roof, I want to clarify that our cleanup process includes removing all debris, including unused materials. The roof was cleared of any excess shingles before completion. If any materials were left temporarily during staging or weather delays, they were removed before we wrapped up. At no point were shingles permanently left behind. Point is, we were not “intentionally negligent” or did not ignore requests as you are trying to make it sound. I’m prou
