The roof installation was done on time and quickly, no issues there. You did, however, contract work to someone else for a portion of the work and when that turns out to be incomplete/incorrectly done you simply blame the outside contractor. I payed you and my expectation is that all issues are dealt with. It's been almost 2 years I've been messaging and calling you to get this fixed and now you flat out ignore me. I'm tired of the run around. I hope this write up gets your attention.

Patrick, We appreciate the honest review and will be in touch with a refund for the eavestrough portion of the contract. Since running into this issue with a contractor we’ve worked with we no longer include that portion with any of our quotes and simply refer our customers to a few options. I have tried tirelessly to get the contractor back along with others That said we will be in touch with a cheque to reimburse you We apologize for the inconvenience

Prudential Roofing did an amazing job on our roof. Jaco and his is team were very efficient and had the job done from removing the old shingles and installing the new ones , even the clean up was done in a very efficient and timely manor. They took pride in what they did and the end results prove just that! I highly recommend their work. Thank you Prudential Roofing.

Today I had a emergency at a relatives place in South Porcupine 9 hrs away from where I live in Ottawa. She is dealing with a serious illness in the family and was having roof issues and was stress and needed help. I called this company and Jocko answered listened to my story and jumped into action and took a ride to the location and gave me some info on what to do. This person is compassionate and showed he cares about people and his work he does. Highly recommended

Great experience from start to finish! I own a rental property in Timmins ( 2 hours away) that had some roof damage during a recent storm. I called around town and had prudential respond first and with great willingness and flexibility to help me out. They had their drone fly over the building the next day taking measurements and pictures to send me with my quote. They installed top quality product that looks great and should last a long time, as well as warranty their work ( 7 yrs ). Follow up images sent to me as well once installation completed, and payment option to wire money instead of running around for certified cheque and delivering it made my life easier. Price was reasonable for the quality of work and service that was delivered. ( no nails left in driveway and completed cleanup after work completed ) I would recommend them if you are and investor like myself and are out of town and want a great easy solution, or if you live in town and just want it done properly by a great professional team!

My husband and I were very impressed by the work done by Prudential Roofing. Jaco Beaucage was very professional and took his time explaining everything we needed to know about the shingles we were choosing. His team did a great job and our roof looks amazing!

Very professional. Took the time to show us the difference in roofing paper, color and color of drip edge. Said they would be here on a certain day, weather permitting, and they were here as promised. The workers kept the driveway and yard clean. No nails or old paper left behind. The owner was here when the work was completed and took pictures of the roof to show us what it looked like.

Well, I basically asked him to get something done that was next to impossible and he got it done! So I’m super happy and the job was done well. The clean up however, not so much. Unfortunately the crew left me with a clogged toilet, it was not nice 😞 But it was remedied right away. And for that I’m giving a 4 ✨. The owner took responsibility for the action and that’s a good thing in my books 👍

Jaco got me out of a bind. Bit off more than I could chew and he knew that. Still, he showed up 30 minutes after I called. He quoted me a fair price and started the job the next day. The guys did a fantastic job. You need to call Prudential for an estimate if you’re in need of a new roof!
