  Never have used this company but they were illegally I wanted to reach out and let you know someone from your company looks to have done some illegal work on Saturday morning where they went and destroyed land and put in a road at the end of Bend Drive in Mount Washington. The police are in the know about this and the mount Washington home alliance is in the know. I hope you will stop the work since your workers could not provide a permit. This company did serious damage and should be stopped. This was an open field and now it’s a road. This is very upsetting to surround neighbors. Please stop.

  They replaced our home’s roof and gave honest advice about the best roofing materials for a house near the coast in Oxnard. Instead of pushing the lowest-cost shingles, Curtis recommended a stronger shingle system that could handle coastal wind, rain, and normal stormy weather much better. The price was very fair, and the whole roofing crew was professional, hardworking, and efficient from start to finish. The roof installation was completed quickly, the workmanship was solid, and they did an excellent job cleaning up the property when the project was done. Since then, the roof has performed exactly as promised with no leaks or issues during windy days and heavy rain. Later, we noticed a few gutter sections had come loose. Even though they were not the ones who originally installed the existing gutters, Curtis sent Jerome and Santiago out the very next day to inspect everything. They repaired the damaged brackets, secured the loose gutter areas, and checked the rest of the gutter system to help prevent future problems. We really appreciated the extra care and attention. They even handled the small repair at no charge as a way of standing behind their roofing service and taking care of past customers. It is rare to find a roofing company that combines fair pricing, quality roof work, fast service, and real customer care. I highly recommend them for any roofing or gutter repair needs.

  Update: I was frustrated at first after a roof repair because I later learned the full roof system needed replacement. We had asked if the rest of the shingles and decking looked sound, and a certified home inspector later let us know a full reroof would be the better path. We shared our disappointment by email since it felt hard to pay for a repair that would soon be removed during a complete roof replacement. In the end, everything was handled the right way. Walter went out of his way to make it right, the full amount was reimbursed, and the team apologized for the confusion. It sounds like things got a little off track while the owner was away, but they stood behind their roofing work and took responsibility. Because of how they resolved the issue, I would trust them again for a full roof replacement or other roofing services.

  I had a great experience with Timberline roofing's. Their estimate was fair and competitive, and the shingle quality and overall roofing workmanship were excellent. Curtis was always early or on time for our meetings, very friendly, gave me a clear and accurate quote, answered every question, and made the whole roof replacement process easy to understand. The job stayed on schedule with reasonable flexibility for weather and for removing and reinstalling my solar panels. The crew did an excellent job repairing the roof decking and corner flashing, and they fixed a couple of leaks that had been causing concern. They worked carefully around our landscaping and flower beds and made sure nothing was damaged. Cleanup was outstanding, and everything was left spotless when the work was finished. In the end, it looked like they had never been there except for the beautiful new roof. I would gladly recommend them to anyone needing roofing repairs or a full roof installation, and I expect this new roof to last for many years.

  We hired a roofing team to replace our old roof and had a very good experience from start to finish. They walked us through the roofing system options, explained the materials they would install, and helped us understand what would work best for our home in Oxnard. Once we set the install schedule, the crew showed up on time, stayed professional, and communicated clearly during the whole project. Our roof was a big and challenging job with a steep pitch, but the roofers handled it with care and finished on schedule. Curtis and the crew paid close attention to the details, and the workmanship really showed. They protected our shrubs and plants, kept the work area organized, and cleaned up at the end of each day.   After remodeling several residential and commercial buildings over the years, my wife and i know how tough it is to find reliable roofing contractors. Starting from scratch for our new roof, we went through the usual steps of calling, setting up meetings, and interviewing different roofers—it can really be a long and uncertain process. Our first meeting with Curtis from Timberline roofing's was a breath of fresh air. Curtis was professional, honest, and upfront about our roof’s condition. He explained it would be a big job because the roof was old, and we appreciated his openness, so we decided to hire them for the project. Roofing jobs are never straightforward—there can be delays for all kinds of reasons. In our case, between the weather and our own schedule, it took a while for everything to line up. Even after all that time, they still stuck to their original bid, which really impressed us. Walter, who had helped with our first roof meeting, even came back out of retirement to make sure every detail was taken care of before the work started. That kind of customer service shows real integrity. Our home had two roofs with pumice, so Curtis and his crew let us know ahead of time that the project would get messy and could be a bit intrusive.   a few months ago, i had a new roof installed and i'm really pleased with how everything turned out. curtis, my project manager, was super attentive and always kept me in the loop, especially since we had to work around the heavy rain. he kept a close eye on the weather and called as soon as we could set a date. we needed a new roof badly after buying our home, and didn’t realize just how much trouble the old one was causing with leaks and rot under the shingles. the only little hiccup was that the wrong color shingles showed up at first, but i let curtis know and the right ones got delivered the very next day, so there was no delay at all. from scheduling to completion, it took just a couple of weeks to get a date, and the whole installation was finished in a single day. overall, the process was smooth and the roof looks great.
