I manage a retail property with several tenants, so I needed a commercial roofing contractor who understood that the building couldn't simply shut down for construction. Carter Roofing worked around our business hours and divided the reroofing into manageable sections. Their team removed the old membrane, installed new insulation and TPO, rebuilt several low areas, and replaced flashing around the rooftop equipment. They kept pedestrian areas protected and coordinated access with our tenants throughout the project. The roof looks completely different, and the drainage has improved significantly. I appreciated the practical approach more than anything else.

Many roofing companies will tell you they can handle a large commercial project. Fewer can actually manage one without making the process harder than it needs to be. Carter Roofing did a full commercial roof replacement on our building after repeated water intrusion around the HVAC cluster. They explained the problem clearly, laid out the sequencing, and kept the work moving across a fairly complicated low-slope layout. They replaced old insulation, installed a new membrane system, and corrected drainage at several low points. I also appreciated how they coordinated with other trades already on site. That level of awareness made the whole project easier to manage from our side.

After reviewing a few bids, Carter Roofing was the only commercial roofing contractor to really treat the roof as a system rather than just pricing by square footage. That mattered because our building had many tricky conditions, including …

Our office building needed full reroofing, not another temporary repair. The project leader clearly laid out the scope and remained involved throughout. They removed the failing roof, repaired the damaged sections below, and installed a new, clean system that drains properly and looks professionally finished.

I’ve worked with enough vendors over the years to know that communication usually tells you how the project is going to go. That was one of the reasons this experience stood out. Carter Roofing took on a large commercial reroofing project for us after years of leaks, old patches, and poor drainage across several roof sections. They kept the process practical from the start, explaining what needed to happen without dressing it up. They removed the old system, rebuilt problem areas, installed a new membrane roof, and replaced edge and flashing details that had clearly been neglected before. It’s a big improvement in both performance and appearance. If you need experienced commercial roofers for a serious project, this was a strong experience from start to finish.

A full commercial roof replacement was completed on our two-story office/warehouse. The roofers, led by Mike, reinforced the framing near the hips, replaced the underlayment, and installed new tile. The outcome exceeded expectations, and we love it.

Our business premises' flat roof had developed several small leaks near the parapet walls. Instead of patching again, Carter Roofing suggested a new TPO membrane system. They supervised the installation, which involved removing old BUR …

Carter Roofing was recommended to us, and they did not disappoint. The crew was friendly, professional, and easy to talk to. They replaced everything from the fascia boards to the shingles and even improved the attic ventilation. Anytime we had questions, they responded quickly and explained things in simple terms, which put us at ease. Thank you!!

We had an old flat roof, and they replaced it with a TPO membrane. They fixed the drainage issues and added a protecting coating. The roof is sturdy, and we're confident it'll last for years!!

Carter Roofing is one of the best companies in its domain of work. My requirements were a roof installation and they have done some great work within the schedule. The crew was professional courteous and it was a pleasure to interact with them from the beginning to the end.

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 13 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 13, of which 13 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on Carter Roofing. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
