I got way overcharged to have the bottom of a kitchen cabinet removed along with the joises. Not only did he not remove all of quote he busted a pipe underneath, never fixed the leak and, ultimately, caused more mold which is what i was …

While we’re sorry you are unhappy with customers on payment plan that miss payments & still owe thousands of dollars we don’t continue work or allow them to keep adding onto bill. We wish you the best with issues at your mothers house

This man is a scammer! Had him to do a kitchen cabinet to remove all the molded wood and as he removed the wood he busted the PVC pipe and said he it was dry rotted which was a lie because the PVC pipe was replaced in 2024. On the invoice he is trying to charge me 462 dollars for pipes from Lowe’s and there is no way it would even cost that if he replaced every PVC pipe in my whole house. He didn’t do anything he said he did under there. After busting my pipe he flooded my kitchen and bathroom and left us without water for 10 days until the 11 day I had a plumber come to my house. To this day Malcom has not been back to my house to repair anything he started. My kitchen, my upstairs flooring that he is to replace and drywall he is supposed to repair. We have paid him over 50% for materials as the invoice states and he still hasn’t showed up.

We have never done any work for you. You are leaving review for a customer that never paid 50% deposit still owes thousands of dollars. Of course everyone is unhappy when we have no other option but to file lien on property

Called for an estimate and was asked to call back if I haven't heard from him in a week, I called back, I didn't receive an answer but, left a message and never received a call back.

Thoroughbred Roofing recently replaced my roof and did a fantastic job. Malcom came out the day I called, and after accessing the damage he handled everything to get it covered through my homeowners insurance. His crew showed up early and worked hard to get the job completed on time. I would definitely recommend this company for any of your roofing needs.
