  Garrett is a great actor for this place. He will tell you anything to get the job and run the other companies names through the mud. I was told my house would look like some of my neighbors homes if I didn’t hire them, since you know, according to Garrett they are the best. I was lied to so many times by Garrett and have the text messages to prove it, but the boss, Blake didn’t want to hear it. I got a roofing job from them due to a tornado. They left a busted 2x6 not replaced and didn’t replace the bathroom ceiling vent. Garretts answer to the pipe was we will get to it later but said nothing about the 2x6. They were hired in may to do the whole job which was a lot of inside and outside work. It took over a month to get the roof and after i fired them for not doing anything, on July 28th Garrett sent a message saying they were doing my gutters that day. I told him absolutely not that they had been fired. His response was we will do your gutters collect our pay and be on our way. I said absolutely not, you were fired. He used the excuse of rain a lot but I had a lot of inside work that could have been done. One week his excuse was the whole crew was sick. One excuse after another. Needless to say they were not coming back to my house for anything. You want a bad job, call bluejay. You want a great bunch of workers, call Craftmasters.

  Garrett made the process of approval with my insurance seamless. Though there was an unexpected hiccup with my specific type of insurance, he was was willing to work and negotiate with me on pricing. Regarding the job of the roof itself, I have no complaints. Everything looks great and cleanup was excellent. Everything done in one day.

  Had a great experience with Bluejay. I had a chimney leak that no one else wanted to work on due to having a stucco home. Kody worked with me to find the problem and made sure it was taken care of. Overall a very pleasant and efficient experience!
