  We contacted RD after Helene in what was a very busy and hectic time. They had numerous more pressing jobs but kept us in line. Importantly they worked directly through multiple discussions with my insurance company to determine a comprehensive settlement on the roof damage and damage to our shingle siding. We were not at the property but the work got done properly and completely. Plus they did not require upfront money which can be a bad thing in disaster situations. I was very satisfied.

  I worked closely with Scott Burnam, owner, when we had hail damage to our roof. Scott sent out someone quickly to review the damage and submit a claim to the insurance company. When the insurance company didn't agree completely, Scott stepped in and made several phone calls to the insurance company adjuster. Scott is a retired adjuster so his experience in handling the situation was invaluable. He stayed in touch with us through the entire process and always carefully explained where things stood. I would highly recommend working with Scott and his team for any roofing needs.

  I was hit by a passing tornado on January 12 2023. I had several big trees down, one through the corner of my roof, gutter damage and fence damage. I had no idea what to do and Scott took the reins and took care of everything for me. I'm very satisfied with everything and highly recommend The Roofer Direct LLC.

  We used the Roofer Direct and had great satisfaction with them , after about a year went by we noticed a buldge in a couple of shingles, I said to myself here we go not using a local contractor, But Scott the owner took the call and had someone there within the week calling ahead of time to set up time to meet him. After inspection they found the original builder missed nailing the sheeting to the rafters, Scott the southern gentleman that he is said we want all of our customers satisfied with there work. Scotts crew removed some shingles, nailed the sheeting in place, replaced buldged shingles, looks great now. Using The Roofer Direct has been a great experience. Don't believe just because they are not local you don't get great service.
