Hired them to inspect my roof for any maintenance items. Came, looked at it from outside, didn't get in the attic, said it's fine and charged a fee. Another roofing company came in and found a bunch of issues from the attic

Your leak was related to entrance door. It was not related to the roof at all. The roof was in good condition and did not need anything. You called us to determine the cause of the leak and we found it. You want to believe contractors inventing issues then so be it. We are not going to play the game of making up issues so we can charge customer for the sake of making money. The Roof Whisperer does not practice these methods.

Hired them to repair a gutter overflow, they said there was no problem with roof or gutter and offered no solution to my need. However they wanted 1200 to "fix" a bunch lf stuff that was not broken or in need of any repair for no reason at …

Hi Alex, We have pictures of all the issues on your roof from chimney needing tuckpointing to roof and bathroom vents. You needed new eavestroughs. You disregarded our recommendations due to your lack of understanding that roofs and chimneys need maintenance after several years exposed to extreme weather. We can not work with customers that disregard our recommendations. There is a saying that some people can not afford the truth!

Don't waste your time with this company. Arthur didn't provide a quote for the job we asked about, only the job he wanted to do. Arthur didn't respond to email questions about the quote he did provide. He was rude in his communications but happily took our $80 deposit. I do not recommend dealing with this company. Unhappy in Guelph.

Hi Jessie, I have proof in our database that we have sent the quote a couple days after the appointment. I wish I can upload a photo of the proof here but I am not able to. I am sorry but I do not recall any conversation with you. Also I do not have any reasons to be mean to anyone that wants to do business with us! Regards, Arthur

Elderly family friend called to get a quote on a roof replacement, was told it would cost $100 for the quote or 75 cash in person. Once the estimator showed up to inspect the roof she paid him 75 in cash and never heard from him again or got a quote. Looks like this company is scamming unsuspecting people. Watch out!!!

Hi Andie, Firstly, our thorough roof inspection cost $79+hst. It is not $100 nor $75. Secondly, due to Canadian government strict rules on sending emails, a lot of them end up in spam folder. Thirdly, I never scammed anyone in my life and I will never do. If my intentions were to scam someone, believe me I would do it differently like many horror stories all over the news in committed lately in the GTA. So please refrain your accusations because you are accusing the wrong company. Regards, Arthur

Horrible experience. I never post any -ve reviews. But this one was way out of the league. Was quoted $300 for an initial assessment. One person came, spent 15-20 mins, and said details will be sent via email. After repeated follow-up, …

We needed to get some ice dams removed. The team got it done, but there was some damage done to the roof in the process and some shingles fell out. I was expecting the use of a steamer or something gentle to avoid this, rather and a hammer/axe. I even asked at the start whether the axe would cause damage and I was assured no.

Flat Roof Repair in Toronto & the GTA Flat roofs may be small, but when they start leaking, the damage can spread quickly. This project involved installing a new flat roofing membrane to create a durable, watertight surface and help protect the area below from rain, snow, and moisture. Flat roof sections like this one require extra attention around the edges, walls, posts, flashing, and areas where the flat roof meets a shingle roof. These transitions are common places for water to get in when the membrane or flashing begins to fail. At The Roof Whisperer, we provide professional flat roof repair in Toronto and throughout the GTA. We work with a variety of flat roofing systems, including SBS modified bitumen, EPDM, TPO, and tar and gravel roofing. If you’re noticing a flat roof leak, damaged membrane, cracked or lifting seams, deteriorated flashing, pooling water, or water stains inside your home, it’s best to have the roof checked before the damage gets worse. Our team handles residential and commercial flat roof repairs, from smaller roof sections and additions to garages, porches, extensions, and larger flat roofing systems.
