We had a flat roof on a commercial property in Vaughan that had been a recurring problem for years. Every spring there was a new leak and every year a different contractor would apply more sealant on top of old sealant and call it done. When we called The Roof Technician Vaughan, Ilir came out and did a proper assessment instead of just patching. He identified three separate failure points including one that had been hidden under a previous patch job and was causing water to pool under the membrane. The repair addressed all three properly. New membrane sections where needed, corrected drainage detail near the parapet wall, and proper termination at the equipment curbing. The roof has been watertight through a full year since including a wet spring and a hard winter. The money spent on proper flat roof repair has saved us far more in avoided damage. Should have called them years ago.

Roof leak repair in Vaughan after a bad stretch of late fall storms. The Roof Technician Vaughan tracked down the source at a corroded valley flashing and had it replaced and sealed in a couple of hours. The repair has held through everything since. Reliable and fast.

Our Georgina property had a skylight that dripped every time the temperature swung from freeze to thaw. We had dismissed it as a condensation issue for too long. The Roof Technician Vaughan came out and identified that the frame seal had failed along the bottom edge, allowing meltwater to track in. They resealed and reflashed it properly and the problem has not returned through the following winter.

Had a flat roof leak on our detached garage in Vaughan that two other companies could not locate. The Roof Technician came out, traced the water path properly, and fixed it in one visit. Should have called them first instead of wasting time with the others.

We've used a few roofing companies in Vaughan over the years and The Roof Technician is a step above. Had them do a flat roof repair on our addition and the quality of the work was obvious. They sealed everything properly and explained what to watch for going forward. Will be calling them for anything roof related from here on.
