  Owner gives a time a date and time and doesn’t turn up with no notice When you call and enquire he keeps on harping that he’s had 3 million dollar a year business to run and doesn’t have time Lack of respect and blatantly rude and arrogant Would advise against getting any work done with this company

  We had a leak in our back roof and Marcelo and team successfully fixed it! Prior to this we worked with another company that replaced vent (did not fix leak) and then recommended that we replace entire roof. MCBM was such a pleasure to work with, trust worthy and professional. Thank you Marcelo and team, you guys are absolutely the best! UPDATE/EDIT: Several weeks after MCBM performed entire roof maintenance (caulking, identify and fix loose shingles), a new leak appeared in front of house. I quickly contacted Marcelo and he said that he’ll take care of us and his crew came the next day. Two small areas were replaced with new shingles. We were charged the same price as first visit with only 10% discount. I am disappointed of this outcome given MCMB performed ‘maintenance’ just several weeks before and hoped that Marcelo would be more understanding of situation. Further, just recently, back roof LEAKING AGAIN. The same spot that 1st company unsuccessfully addressed, MCMB ‘fixed’ but leaked again, At this point I was ready to replace entire roof and researched premium shingle brands with preferred contractors. The leak has been fixed by a preferred premium contractor that I found thru research. They have been in the business for decades and advised that he found vent needed caulking and this is the first place that should have been checked. He felt so bad of our situation ($1800 spent previously, yet still facing issues), that he did not charge us for the work. This other company truly stands by their work. It’s unfortunate that this played out this way with MCBM. Last and final edit in response to Macelo: Although I was not happy with how things transpired, I paid money due to him immediately upon our conversation. There is nothing wrong with inquiring on a new leak that happened soon after we paid for maintenance you recommended instead of replacing roof which you originally estimated still had 2-5 years left.   Hi Eileen, let’s be clear and straightforward about the facts. Personally, I pride myself on being honest and professional. For things to work, we need to be practical and use common sense. You hired us to locate a leak, and we successfully pinpointed it on the main roof. We recommended replacing the roof because it is over 12 years old and lacks underlayment protection. Unfortunately, during another heavy rain, water leaked into your garage. You called us back, and we returned to repair the garage area; however, you refused to pay, claiming the repair was under warranty. The issue is that MCBM cannot provide a warranty for work in an area where we had never performed work previously. That is the absolute truth of the situation.   The most important thing isn't knowing how to write, it's having common sense. If you clean a flat roof and there are branches hanging over it, and leaves keep falling, your flat roof will continue to have the same problem. That's why I recommended cutting the branches to avoid this inconvenience all the time. MCBM is not responsible for your property; you have to do it. Our service was performed properly.   Hi wei: Hurting a business is not the best way to not want to listen to professionals when they show you that the problem begins with the roofing system that was already installed before MCBM began the work and was explained on several occasions. The best way to solve a problem is to understand the situation, not hurt a business that is dedicated to doing things right.   I had water leaking from ceiling. I tried reaching out multiple times. Finally connected with Marcelo and he scheduled a time to come but never showed up nor did I get a call with an update. I tried emailing with no response and just gave up.

  Marcelo and his team did an outstanding job replacing and updating my shingles, gutters, downspouts, and fascia. Marcelo is a true perfectionist and was always available to answer my questions and make sure everything was done right. His team was professional, hardworking, and did an amazing job from start to finish.   We had a wonderful experience with MCBM Roofing Services and would highly recommend them. Marcelo was professional, responsive, and communicative throughout the entire process. He kept us informed every step of the way, and made the whole experience stress-free. We received quotes from several roofing companies, and MCBM's pricing was very competitive. Our garage roof replacement was a more challenging project because part of our patio sits over the roof, but the team handled it with care and expertise. The workmanship was excellent, and the job was completed efficiently with great attention to detail.   There is a reason this company and his team have 5 star reviews everywhere. They are amazing! Contacted them to fix the leftover shoddy workmanship from the install. They came, were beyond professional in the inspection, photos of issues recommended repair and price was more than reasonable. Less than 1/6 th of a competitor. The professionals who arrived on time did a perfect job and all required beyond the items listed on quote as they felt was required. Left the job site spotless. Will never look for another roofer again (and have had many). Look no further. On a flat roof installed by the builder Madison, we had 4 inches of snow fall into the inside of garage. They gave is half a “courtesy” fix and not the other half. Another company quoted a $6000.00 fix. Most people can’t climb the garage roof or a 3 story townhouse, so to find a roofer to have confidence in is the golden egg.

  Marcelo and his crew from MCBM Roofing have been amazing. This was my first roof experience and Marcelo was very thorough when it came to exploring options, outlining the project and detailing the costs. His team was extremely experienced, efficient, and courteous. He and the crew answered all my questions and were overly accommodating when I made a colour change mid project. They were flexible when a difficult neighbour tried to derail the schedule. They kept the site clean, thoroughly tidying up every night before they left. It’s clear why all their ratings are 5 Star. I’m beyond impressed and would highly recommend MCBM Roofing.
