From step one of the process to the final touches, The Roof Shop did an excellent job, and our new roof looks great. Esteban represented the company with top notch professionalism, providing excellent service as he apprised us of every necessary detail along the way to make sure we were satisfied. The crew installed the roof with expert precision and completed the project in one day. Kudos also to the special crewman who replaced our chimney surround. Excellent work! We highly recommend The Roof Shop.

The Roof Shop did an amazing job for us from start to finish!!! They were very knowledgeable, walked us through the process, and completed the roof replacement in 1 day. They met with us on off hours for our convenience to discuss and answer any questions we had. Davan, Esteban, and McKenzie are the best. I highly recommend them!

Esteban with the Roof Shop is the absolute greatest. My roof was damaged in a hail storm in 2024...my insurance company told me it wasn't worth fixing because it was cheaper than my deductible to repair it. Long story short the Roof Shop....Mr. Esteban had repaired our neighbors roof and a few other neighbors that we all had damage from the same storm and the insurance company just neglected to fix it...Esteban retrieved pictures and paperwork from my insurance company that they should've provided to me that I never seen. However, Esteban sent them to me and indeed along with his expertise and careful assessment of my roof...it needed to be replaced. He got right on it...got their company's people involved and no new storm, but now my insurance company all of a sudden agrees with his assessment 🤔....I am so grateful to Esteban and the roof shop staff...now I have this gorgeous roof...my husband and I couldn't be more pleased with our new roof...without the roof shop we would be dealing with a big costly mess. The insurance paid for everything we only had to pay our deductible...Glory to God and thank you so much Esteban and the roof shop....forever grateful 🙏🏽 the Dixons.

From the very beginning, I was reluctant to face this roofing project and the insurance process alone. Dealing with claims, paperwork, and adjusters from Cajun Underwriters felt overwhelming and honestly intimidating. I didn’t know what to …

Esteban with The Roof Shop was great to work with. He worked along side us as we dealt with our insurance company. He told us to be patient because the process was long. For us, the process was indeed long. He fought for us and managed our case by obtaining all the resources we needed to finally get our damaged property repaired-roof, RV cover, and patio cover. The contractors he used did excellent work. I would definitely recommend The Roof Shop for your roofing repairs.

Highly recommend The Roof Shop. Esteban fought tooth and nail with the insurance company to get us the most he could. He handled all the communication with insurance, which was a relief, and made the process much less stressful. The roof looks amazing! Esteban was there to oversee the installation throughout the day.

I showed Esteban a couple of damaged shingles on my roof while he had a crew working on my neighbors roof. He had someone replace the shingles the same day for a minimal price. Would gladly recommend the Roof Shop.
